Filthy store. 6 or 7 employees working at the drive thru and nobody to help in the store. Had to ask them to clean tables. Not one was cleaned. The self serve pop station was sticky and oh so unsanitary. By the cleanliness of the place it had been some time since anything was wiped down..used a broom or a mop to the place

Taco Bell is one of my favorite places on this earth however, this location in particular struggles quite a bit with listening to the extra details of your order. It’s far more rare for them to get my order right than it is for them to make a mistake. That’s why I feel like I have to make this review. If a customer asks not to put something on their order it is up to the kitchen staff to make sure that that ingredient does not end up in an order. It is also up to kitchen staff to make sure that the right ingredients are being used in a particular order. It’s one thing to have to go in and ask them to change my order every once in a while, but it’s a completely different thing when I have to do it almost every single time.

0 stars. This “manager” refused to help me. I ordered online and the payment pulled from my account then he refused to make the order OR refund me. I never raised my voice, I was polite, calm and collected. He, on the other hand, raised his voice at me, was shaking, calling me names and threatened me. All I wanted was help. He said I needed to get help online but I didn’t know how, and when I simply asked for his help to show me, he refused and proceeded to call me names and told me to leave. I don’t really understand. If you want to be a manager, you shouldn’t be allowed to call customers names and belittle them. I’m absolutely appalled.

The prices went up, but the quality and quantity of food drastically plummeted. It’s like they are basically out of product, and instead of closing until they get a truck in, they short the paying customers. The chalupas look like a taco made by a vegan. That’s 4 bad trips in a row. Probably not coming back again, and it probably should have stayed closed down.

My 16 year old daughter got off work at 10:30 p.m. tonight. We were hungry and she really wanted Taco Bell after work. We had the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to order food in the drive thru. The moment I get to the speaker the female employee greets me with “Hi, what would ya like?” I replied with ” I just need a second please.” Immediately she says with a rude tone “Ma’am it’s been a second, what can I get for you?” Literally instantly she says this…. I then say “excuse me?” She says “Hahaha I was just kidding”. I said ” I sure hope so”. Then suddenly there is a man that takes over on the headset…. We try to start our order, my daughter wants a bean burrito. So I continue with “We’d like one bean burrito please.” He then says, again another rude tone in his voice – “We are out of red sauce, that gonna be alright?” I looked to my daughter to make sure she was okay with that and she nodded her head yes to me. So I go to complete the order and he suddenly says “I’m going to ask you to leave and I am refusing to serve you.” He refused to tell me his name. I am a local business owner that truly tries to avoid confrontation and just be a good person. My daughter had a long day and just wanted a burrito. I just don’t understand how this kind of attitude is acceptable for any business. I truly don’t understand. I certainly hope this is seen by the person that needs to see this, so that you are aware how your employees are treating customers. I am very disappointed.

I happen to really enjoy the taste of Taco Bell. Some don’t like it but maybe they’re just looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. My favorite item is the Mexican pizza. Also most of the steak items are great! Lots of cheap options with lots of flavor. Can’t forget that they have Mountain Dew Baja Blast. This location is great with a good amount of parking. Service is hit and miss but you don’t go to this place for that. Restaurant is maintained okay at times but does get a bit messy at times.
