I rarely give a negative review as the food service business is tough…but… The price and quality of the crab cakes were terrible. Crab cakes were advertised as “jumbo lump crab” but were small, loaded with filler, and not lump meat at all. Overcooked hockey pucks of filler and breading.

We got too hungry on our drive to Key West and had to stop 1hr out. We oicked this place. We thought it was more of a dine in restaurant, but it was an outdoor poolside bar with tables. It was surprisingly quaint with beautiful views and the pool goers were quiet.
We ordered a few different foods, and everything was great. Especially the blackened fish tacos.

The crab cakes platter was huge and could been shared with two people. Crab cakes had so much of actual crab meat instead of breading which was delicious and good. Fried Hot wings were okay. Calamari were over seasoned and salty which were not my favorite. I HAVE TO SAY HANDS DOWN THE KEY LIME PIE SLICE IS THE BEST I EVER HAD! You definitely should try even though it’s quite pricey for that slice($11) I had different pie slices from different places but this one is very soft, creamy, has that definite lime taste which it should have since it’s Key Lime pie. Nacho Stacks were good but I have no photo because me and my sister ate that up. The Miami Vice drink was delicious. Shirley Temple was made with Ginger Ale soda and grenadine. I had many Shirley Temples. Overall service was good. Some food were a hit or miss. Drinks pretty delicious.

We actually visited Blue Waters at Marriott Faro Blanco in order to have a nice day at the pool. You can book a day pass via the Resort Pass app, and that gives you the opportunity to use either of their pools, the hammocks, rent a jetski, order food and drinks, or lounge under an umbrella. The pools are lovely and the pool area is comfortable. This was our second time coming, and we noticed more iguana poo than the last time and more unattended kids.
That said, it’s still a lovely property to visit if you’d like a little time by the pool in beautiful surroundings.

Great service, food and drinks! Bartenders were great (Kevin) with the exception of the one woman with the painted red hair who was obviously displeased with her job every day. The guys were great and Chad is a blast and a great attentive server. Thanks for a great time! Beautiful views of sunset.

Terrible food. We know the wait staff tried to help us, and we say they ordered our food correctly, but everything came out wrong. It was like the cook didn’t even read the order. We had to send our food back and request a refund. Nice view and location. awesome staff but terrible food.

The algae on the seawall smelled like a sewer. The conch fritters consisted of unknown substances, but basically anything other than conch, the staff was slow and very understaffed, for very over priced, terrible food

Decent spot, but lots of room for improvement. We waited over an hour for our food, and the servers seemed to have mastered the art of disappearing. It was like dining in a ghost town minus the charm. The food? Let’s just say my salad was more of a suggestion than a dish. No dressing, no effort, just vibes. The fish tacos the next day were… fine, but I was surprised to find out the fish wasn’t fresh especially since the place is literally on an island. Kind of like living next to a bakery and still buying frozen bread. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not trying too hard either.

This team is amazing! Attentive, Professional, Funny. Definitely a reason to extend your stay just because. Order the coconut drink ! ( just for you Joshlin & Laura ) All kidding aside though the entire team working the back is totally awesome. Definitely took every ounce of will power on my part to leave and return to the real world.
