The owner of this establishment is a liar and a thief. I am a single mom of 4 small children; we had a reservation made via a 3rd party app, on which Bill confirmed a date change in black and white. He then proceeded to REVERSE the agreed upon changes in the app and process the payment for $482. Then Bill claimed we just “didn’t show up.”

Bill refuses to refund the payment despite having no reason, beyond being extremely unethical, to have processed it in the first place. Taking advantage of a single mom with 4 children 6 & under is a special kind of wicked… If you spend time here, just know that this is the kind of person you are dealing with…sleep tight.
