Never been so humiliated in all my life! Went in for a 12 inch subway, gave my order, it was 3 minorities ahead of me. A Caucasian man thru no fault of his own, walked in and they proceeded to take his order over all of us! This is a 90% upper to mid class suburb of minorities. No room for the divisive actions of the people behind the counter. Will never go there again!

The food was ok, but the service provided wasn’t that good. The young lady serving had an attitude the whole time. The two older people that finished the order were ok. The bags were very weak, and I almost dropped my food had I not held the bottom like the older lady advised.

I literally just left here! It was a horrible experience. They do not change their gloves from using the register to making food I had to ask for him to change gloves and he had an attitude. Another one of the staff members dropped the toasting tray on the floor and didn’t even try to wash it and tried to put my food on it. Then when I asked if that’s the one from the floor he replied “Yeah… And?” Same!

These reviews made me question if i should come here, but this subway is hands down the cleanest subway i’ve been to. The girls are always cleaning and making sure to make it a healthy place for everyone to be at. I’ve been to many subways and the customer service is horrible but this is truly the best. People have bad experiences everywhere, i’ve been here over 20 times & have always been greeted and taken care of. If the system is down, they’ll offer me a free cookie or a drink. Now that’s customer service!

Very rude service. The lady behind the counter had a very bad attitude. She made a very skimpy sandwich. Was rushing me to order when no one else was in the restaurant. Explains why this place was empty on a busy Friday afternoon and everywhere else was full.

The service is horrible. The employees don’t listen and make whatever sandwich they fill like cuz they are definitely not listening to the requests of the customer. The employee got rude because she messed up my order and had to remake. The manager was incompetent. Don’t waste your money. Go to Zoup it’s right across the street

Very bad treatment, I went there yesterday and ordered a lot of food, but the next day I gave them a nice review with 6/10 stars, and a worker there named Reem Salman sent a text message to my friend who works there telling her “tell your friend not to come back here or else and I will do something” so she threatened me. How dare a people like them threaten us in our country; she should be replaced or fired. I also have a proof of the threat. I am going to report her for treating the customers like that and threatening them. Also it’s really bad when speaking different languages in front of the customers who don’t understand it. Poor service and bad bad bad really bad people are getting hired in this place.

This is the worst place you can ever walk into!!! Worst costume service ever!! They have the rudest employees you can ever see. They always put less vegetables on the subs then they should and if you ask for more they’ll look at you in a rude manger as if you’re not allowed to!! Even one star is way to much.

This particular Subway gave me a sub that must have been made with the meat, cheese,lettuce, tomato etc. to be thrown out or changed out for fresh items..the meat was dried out , the tomatoes were limp and soggy..the lettuce was wilted..when I got this garbage home and discovered its condition I called the Corp. Office and they offered me a COOKIE..YES A COOKIE instead of another sub. NO STARS!!
