I had a great experience at this Subway! The location was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dont bother ordering online, they do not make the order until you get there. He made an inside order of ten people first, even though my order came through first. Complete waste of time. My whole lunch is gone.

Went back after a couple months later and tried an online order again. Everything was on time and made correctly. Plus I used the 20% off deal they have going right now, so that was nice. Plus with a tip and for 2 sandwiches was under 20 bucks.

Worst sandwich ever $11 with not much on it even though I asked for the Works. The guy who put my lettuce on literally gave me a pinch with his thumb and finger. Boy was I shocked. Never go again, they don’t put much on there sandwiches anymore.

The rating reflects the store/ management. The service no complaints .. The restroom was blocked off. The poor girl could barely hear my order because of the lound buzzing noise coming from one of the outdated appliances.i really don’t know how she could stay listening to the sound of that. Ordered a large drink wanted their tea. Nope emp-tea next selection on the soda machine nope carbonated water. Had to get some artificial lemonade .

Mr. Pickles 1 miles down the street is way better and they dont hang up on their paying customers. So disappointing. I will NEVER return for the kind of money I spent. I bought 4 footlongs. 2 were supposed to be toasted but they weren’t. One was supposed to be bmt I got a blt with 3 pieces of bacon. When I called to talk to them the man was very rude. Argued with me about what kind of sandwich I said i wanted and then hung up. When I called back I was hung up on again. Wow, the service here is terrible.

The customer service was not good in the restaurant. When we got home our pick up order had been made incorrectly. I would recommend just going to a different subway.

No greeting, no eye contact and talks so low can’t hear her. Ordered a meatball sandwich, was told probably didn’t have enough meatballs, then started to put on cheese without asking what kind I wanted. I already told her I wanted mayo and she paid no attention so she asked me again the bottle was empty so I got 3 tiny drops of mayo and she wasn’t about to go get a new bottle. Then I asked for marinara sauce and was told they had no sauce although she could get some cold sauce out of the refrigerator if I wanted that. Never again I’ll stick with In an out where they’re always friendly and fast

I work for a heating and air company not too far from the Subway in Diamond Springs, CA. I work even closer to a Subway on Missouri Flat Road but that Subway is very tight on their veggies. When you ask for black olives they give you 3 pieces. I expect my monies worth, ya know! So I choose to go to the one a little further, Subway in Diamond Springs, CA. These ladies at this location ROCK!!! They always greet you with a smile when you walk in. The sandwich or salad you choose will be piled nicely with all the veggies you choose. You feel like you are getting your monies worth. The store is always clean. Now for the best part…..they deliver to businesses around the area for no extra charge. Christine, the manager does the deliveries. She is always prompt and always with a smile. I give this Subway in Diamond Springs, California a huge 100% satisfied. Ordered the new Ciabatta and was then told I could not add vegies. Apparently ‘corporate’ is dictating that they know what we want better than we do. Smaller sandwich, same price, no customization. Won’t be ordering it again.
