Only once in a great while do we get to interact with someone nice but today’s experience was just beyond rude. The exasperated tone as our food was slammed on the counter was not missed. Talking to us without even facing us made us feel like paying $18 for pretzels was just an inconvenience to this child behind the counter. I get December in a mall isn’t the place everyone wants to be but you should at least be capable of not being mean to customers. The pretzel being under cooked was the least of my problems with this experience.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The girl that checked us out was so unfriendly that we felt like we were inconveniencing her for purchasing a pretzel. This is the second time we had an experience like this. The first time the person checking us out pulled out her phone and started texting before she even greeted us. Then again seemed very upset and inconvenienced that we were ordering a pretzel. We usually never write reviews but we were just so unhappy with this service that we felt inclined to write a review about this place. We used to come here all the time but the customer service has gone down hill significantly. They need to hire new staff or teach them how to give proper customer service. After reading other google reviews we have come to learn we are not the only ones that feel this way. We will never go back.
