They’ve been good for a while, however, lately their service is so slow. I waited over 30 min for a salad with a grand total of 3 people eating…including me. I hope they get it together. I enjoy this as a regular stop.

Hands down the BEST Mexican restaurant around totally worth it to drive to baldwyn to eat if you don’t live there. The staff are very friendly great prices excellent food overall i would give them an 11 out 10 because they always go above and beyond when asked also if you become a regular customer they will remember your “usual” and even little specifics that normal restaurants wouldn’t even pay attention to.

I ordered the Baldwyn Burrito. The menu said it’s a 12″ burrito, deep fried with different ingredients. When it came out it was more like a 6″ burrito and I’m not sure if it was because of being deep fried, but the whole burrito had a sweet taste to it. I also tried 2 steak/chorizo street tacos. None of the meat had any seasoning on it whatsoever. It was pretty bland. The service was pretty decent, but even at a Mexican restaurant, they didn’t have tomatillo sauce. Kinda disappointed to tell you the truth. I don’t discourage you from going, but I have eaten a lot better and other local establishments.

I order steak, rice, and cheese from here and was told my amount was 11.96. Once I received my order they tell me it’s 14.99, I said ok whatever and pay for it. I proceeded back to work as my lunch break is almost over, once back at work I opened up my food and it’s the wrong thing. Instead of steak, rice, and cheese they gave me shrimp, rice, and cheese. I left orl again and took it back the guy at the register tells me that I couldn’t take my order back nor give me my money back when they were the ones who messed up my order in the first place. I them proceeded to ask to speak to a manager he informed me that he was the manager and that what he said still stands as in he wouldn’t give me my money back or exchange my food. He also told me to take my food to MI Toro and get it exchanged. This is the last time I will order/Buy anything from the Mexican restaurant in Baldwyn (Piñata Mexican Grill). They are so unprofessional and a total rip off
