My wife and I ordered two steak tip salads, but we were disappointed with the quality. The steak tips were of poor quality and seemed to be a different meat cut altogether. Additionally, my wife found a hair in her salad. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with what we would consider the worst steak tips ever.

Ordered delivery, and it was very fast, kudos to the driver. However my California burger was badly burned, and lacking the advertised sauce. It was incredibly dry. I had hopes for the tiramisu I ordered but found it okay but bland, and as I got more into it the ice crystals started crunching and I realized it was still frozen.

How can you look at this picture and say that’s a steak and cheese?
I’ve lived across this place for 10 years. Every once in a while I’ll try them out again to see if something changes. Seems like they always have new owners or managers and food is mediocre.
This time I ordered a steak and cheese online and this is what I got. Doesn’t have cheese. Or anything else. I called and they said I didn’t write down I wanted Mayo or lettuce or peppers. All thing that are normally on a steak and cheese but apparently I have to specify.

Great service and food, I keep coming back to them for the chicken Parmesan pasta. The side salad and garlic bread is also appreciated and great.

Had been my go-to delivery place for YEARS…I seldomly write reviews but today I ordered fried scallops….the scallops had been cut up into irregularly sized small pieces…it was the most bizarre order of fried scallops I’ve ever seen…their being cut into all different sizes did not help the cook….some were complete rubber. The last time I ordered, I ordered the chili & there is NO POSSIBLE WAY whomever made that batch remembered to add the seasoning….it was cooked ground beef in tomatoes…their chili had previously been my most ordered item….they must have switched hands over the last few years as they are for sure not the same. Such a bummer 🙁

Got the Sweet Chili Avocado Wrap during lunch break at work. Had to come back and order it again for dinner.
For people who like flavor and spice, this wrap hits all the notes. So delicious and flavorful and a great portion for the cost.

Ordered a salad with no onions when it got delivered to my work it had onions on it. I called and was told to just pull them off. Also, (same order) two other co workers order frozen yogurt and there were hairs in both the yogurts (not just 1 hair) Called to complain again and was told I could be given a 10% discount on my next order!!! Seriously, not we will refund you??? 10% off my next order, no thanks we will not be ordering from here again!!! My total order was $148.

Order up signature sub fat Willard description is not what I got. I did not have marinara sauce on it I had cheap tomato sauce. It was not garlic bread. I had two pieces of chicken on a large sub as well as only two pieces of mozzarella sticks. And replaced with fries. I’ve ordered up in the past and it’s not been like this. I’ve been eating fat willards for at least 16 years. Neither the Malden or the Beverly shops ever made it like this. This was not a complete sub as ordered. August 27th 2024 ordered at 5:00 p.m.
