We placed our Thanksgiving Turkey & ham order online. We received a date and time to pick up our order. We ended up missing our pick-up time. Upon arrival, I provided my prepaid order number to the cashier, but the cashier didn’t see my name or order number in their system since I missed the time slot. The manager came out and said if you’re not here at the exact time, then you can’t get your order. He said I have to take it up with honey baked ham’s third party. I told him I would like to make another purchase then. He said no, I can’t sell you anything and can’t help you. Between waiting in the long line, refusing to give me my order that I already paid for, the manager being rude, I left and went straight to Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams. They were able to sell me a turkey and ham no problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I called their customer service, and the rep said he has had several complaints of people not receiving their order even though its already been paid for. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

After a really pleasant experience in 2020 ordering hams for our employees we wanted to do that again this year. I was quite disappointed to receive dripping, oozing foil-wrapped hams doubled up in plastic bags that clearly weren’t meant to hold the weight of my purchase. The bags deteriorated on their way out of the store and getting more bags was obviously a problem for the manager. I don’t know how we are supposed to hand these out to the employees, but I will not darken their doorway again. All the delicious brown sugar coating oozed out of the bags and is now all over the back of my car instead of going home with the employees’ hams.

I had a problem last week, not being credit for a discount coupon. I went back to the Honey Baked Store. There was no problem!!!!! They understood my concern, everyone was very happy and helpful, and they more than make up for the error without any problem. We will happily go back!!! The ham is delicious!!!

Very rude lady over the phone. Wanted to order fries and she insisted they never sold fries when I️ was just in there the other day and ordered them with my turkey po boy. When I stated this, she called me a liar and said she was there all weekend and they’ve never sold fries ever. Very unprofessional and rude.
