Service was great. The shift workers seemed polite and welcoming. The coffee was also great. I am so thankful for a work space close to home for me. However, one of the shift managers was having a very loud conversation with another employee. It was uncomfortable for me to hear, and that should’ve been a conversation that was more private and discrete. She might’ve just naturally had a loud resonance with her voice. But she should be a little more mindful to have a conversational level voice, especially about sensitive topics.
