Placed an order of a #4 combo, rice, and mashed potatoes, and fries. Once i got home and opened my bag, none of both of those fries are in the bag, and on top of that, they dont even have lids for the potatoes. ♂️

I went there earlier to get my daughter some food after shopping in the mall. The cashier at that time was a Spanish young lady I am Spanish myself I felt attacked by my own community. The young lady got mad because I ordered my daughter’s food in English. She responded back to me in Spanish with a higher tone. I stared at her and ask her in Spanish what’s wrong are you mad? She literally rolled her eyes at me and said no I said well your tone got higher because I spoke to you in English and you responded back to me in Spanish I asked to speak to the manager on duty at the time but I doubt he even acknowledged my comment. I speak both languages fluently when I ordered my food I didn’t even think English or Spanish my order came out in English I definitely would’ve spoken Spanish I mean I’m Hispanic myself but as an American/hispanic I feel like I have a right to speak both and I shouldn’t get treated less than anyone else because of that it’s sad that our own community attacks each other she could’ve been more professional about it without raising her voice at me because she didn’t like the fact I spoke in English because I look Spanish. Beware of deceptive pricing at this location. I’ve been here many times and they always charge me more than the other locations nearby. Today, I ordered the #6 combo that is clearly listed on their menu board as $12.99. The price after tax was $14.19. The employee tried to tell me the extra $1.20 was tax and I told her no way tax is over $1. I showed her her menu board that it should be $12.99 plus tax. She told me she can’t charge me the menu board price and has to charge whatever is in the computer. I told her she entered it into the computer wrong and she refused to change it saying the menu board is wrong pricing. You can see from the receipt she added a drink cost to it, even though the drink is included with the combo. Why advertise prices if you are going to charge whatever you feel like?

Food tasted okay but I only ate my tenders cause they came out the fryer because the employees were not changing their gloves that looked dirty (even after using the register) and one of them kept touching his mask with his gloves on and never changed them‼️

I purchased a 3 piece meal from Popeyes at Wheaton Mall Never again. The meal was horrible the chicken tasted old and refried the price was $18.74 I was Really Disappointed so Disappointed by the time I got halfway home I was so Mad But so Tired and Hungry to go back to get a Refund…

I took a basic chicken sandwich. Chicken was so heavy tasted like it was fried for the entire night. It also tasted stale. Overall horrible food. Will never eat at Popeyes ever again.

I order a two piece meal .breast and thigh ,when I receive my food the chicken was not cook there were blood in the thigh. I bring it and showed it to the lady. She was very rude with and attitude. Telling me the chicken is cook so what do I want her to do. She did not replace the food or my money. This store is located inside wheaton mall
