The lady at the front had really good customer service she was awesome with a smile and everything i recommend the store. I believe they also have a long wait time for delivery drivers as they don’t really have many.

I am very disappointed with Pizza Hut in Muskego. I placed an order online so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. I was dealing with a newborn and toddler so I checked my order a few minutes after I placed it to make sure it was okay. I realized that the order was not correct and it said cash only when paying at the store. I called three times to try to ask someone to change the order and if it would be okay for my husband to pay with a card. Each time there was no answer/someone hung up on me. I messaged my husband that I couldn’t get a hold of the store and he told me that he saw the kid just pick/hang up the phone and said quote “these people just won’t give up.” My husband told another employee that it was me trying to call. They gave him a free soda, however the order was still incorrect and was not fixed. We will not be going to this Pizza Hut again.

They skimp on toppings, ordered a large extra pepperoni and there were 12 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza. This was their second chance, 1st time they skimped on all the toppings. I tipped on both orders when ordering online ..I’ll try another location next time. Not worth the money or the time.

I placed a phone order at 940pm on Saturday. I was told that my order would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. When I went to pick up my order, the restaurant was closed! It was 10:00pm exactly. All the lights were off and the open sign off. Why would Pizza Hut take my order over the phone and tell me it would be ready in 15-20; then close with no call to me to confirm if I was on my way? Very disappointing customer service.

Very bad pizza!!! I ordered a pizza online, peperoni, onions, mushrooms and EXTRA SAUCE. When I picked it up the girl said we have no onions so your pizza has no onions on it. YOU ARE WALKING DISTANCE TO A GROCERY STORE 4 doors down HOW LAZY ARE YOU PEOPLE TO NOT WALK OVER AND GET A BAG OR 2 OF ONIONS? My pizza also had little to NO sauce, I had more sauce in the little cup I had for my bread sticks then my pizza did. When a customer SPECIFICLY orders EXTRA SAUCE HOW can you put next to NO sauce on the customers pizza? Very BAD quality pizza and VERY LAZY EMPLOYEES. If I wanted a low quality pizza I would go to Dominos which this Pizza Hut pizza is way worse then.

I can barely find the words to express how much I appreciate this store. Deal with the manager there because of a mix up in the app. I got a notification from my bank that it charged me but the app said the order could be processed. I called Mike and sent him the screen shots and emails for clarification and he offered to make it for me even though he had not received the order. I then get a notification saying a refund was processed so I called him back to pay, and he STILL gave it to me free. Superb customer service. 10/10. Highly recommend. I’ll be back just cause of him.

SO VERY VERY BAD! It’s been years since trying Pizza hut. The food was horrible. The 30 dollar pizza had a crust that tasted like cardboard. Toppings tasted like soap. That was the only flavor. 6 dollar Cinnibons were a microwaved disaster. The 8 wings, well that’s frozen with a BBQ sauce. SO that’s what it is. The fries was 2 orders, but one came, or 2, but couldn’t tell as it’s was all dumped in one container. The best item was the Diet Pepsi. For 75 dollars, it was pitiful. The only recommendation i could make to anyone, is to avoid it. Go to Dominos. It has much better quality at a much better price point. Its worth it even if you have to pick it up when they can’t deliver. On a positive note, the garbage disposal got a better work out than I, and I think it’s still working, but I’m not sure for how well. I got it’s paperwork for family medical leave on the counter the. Next morning along with a workers comp claim. I was going to put it out for the local wildlife, . I just couldn’t see myself adding to the next mass extinction, or be accused of doing somethings sinister to the neighbors pets.

I ordered online with only a 15 minute carry out time frame and my pizza was ready by the time I got there. Staff was nice and gave me the garlic dipping sauce as I requested. Pizza tasted great! Love their stuffed crust!

Called to order for delivery was tld it would be about 2 hours, is that ok, I said it was fine, then the employee on the phone changed tones said are you paying with credit because we are also using door dash. I said yes. He very rudely said “whats that card number”. Its like he was trying to talk me out of ordering. I told him he sounded irritated and I would call somewhere else and hung up. You know what I am a good customer of this business and an over tipper so I do NOT appreciate the attitude. If you don’t like your job or don’t like talking to or helping people find a different job. He will ruin your business. Very unacceptable

Pizza Hit has always been kinda stingy with the cheese. Just a little more cheese would go a long way, especially on the thin and crispy crust. There is always just enough to hold the toppings on. Next time, I will know to order extra cheese. Offering a flavoring on the crust was genius, though. Props for that. The chicken wings are delicious. We had honey barbecue and naked boneless wings. The breadsticks arrived hot, soft, buttery and seasoned just right along with the excellent Tuscany Chicken Alfredo. Good job Pizza Hut.
