Friendly service and the employees have good knowledge of the items being offered. The Nutella brioche is fluffy and filled with a generous amount of chocolatey goodness. The cookie was soft and gooey. I also had a few bites of the cheesecake and it was divine. The prices are good too, with four decently-sized dessert items being only ~$20. I’m definitely wanting to come back sometime in the future to try more!

best matcha i’ve had in a while! they actually whisk it and make it properly. The staff was so nice and helpful- I didn’t like the coconut water drink I got and this very nice girl remade it no problem. The food is unique and delicious. The atmosphere is a chill place to study and very cute decor. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Ordered the Phin Rich Milk Coffee and two croissants — everything was spot on. The croissants were perfectly flaky and buttery, and Hui kindly toasted them up for me. Definitely planning to come back! My only complaint? I only get to stop by occasionally when I’m covering the hospital.

Noble is such a delightful addition to Morgantown. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind.
The food and drinks are always consistent. They don’t seem like they are cutting corners in quality which is something that is hard to come by. I can also confidently say that Noble has the best matcha in town. Everything always tastes intentionally handcrafted, with both classic and more experimental items on the menu. I have enjoyed nearly everything I have gotten from this place.
The atmosphere is very calming and clean. The music is rarely overwhelming and never too loud. The place is fairly small so you may require some luck when coming during busy times, but they utilize the space well without making it overly crowded.
For the amount of hours that the bakery is open, their selection is very good. Some items tend to run out fairly quickly, but it is timed in a way where the majority of items are still fresh.
Big kudos to the bakers! I wish nothing but success for this local business.

such a great local spot in morgantown. the best matcha in town and baked goods! i always end up getting one or more tasty treats when i go in because of how amazing they look/are! my favorite is the matcha einspanner (i think that’s how you spell it?), but their coffee options are amazing as well 🙂

Was trying to keep this gem hidden as long as I possibly could, but after today, I guess the cats out of the bag, with how busy they were. This place is absolutely amazing!!! Fresh, handmade pastries that are exceptional, bar none. If you love the true taste of coffee, get the coffee phin. Cutest little atmosphere!! Incredibly friendly staff that greet you when you enter. You gotta try this place!

I have never left a review in my life but this place was so good I had to!! I got the banana latte it was the best coffee I have ever had. I got the chocolate chip cookie and the pumpkin cheesecake muffin. It was made with love. The muffin was moist and the perfect pumpkin flavor. The cookie was soft on the inside and the perfect amount of chocolate chips.
