Came in at 8pm. Lady told me with a rude tone it’s gonna be a few minutes, I guess working on online orders. I said that’s fine, then with another rude tone and attitude she proceeds to tell me “and if you’re looking for turkey we’re out”. I wasn’t and said I wasn’t, but after that, I just said I’d be going to the other subway and left. This is the same woman who gave me a problem a few weeks ago about mustard being added last instead of first and said it was “against the policy” and how she “wasn’t supposed to be doing this” As far as I’m concerned, I can customize my sandwich that I’m paying for however way I want *Including* wanting mustard on my sandwich last instead of first.

I went to this Subway late at night, close to closing, and expected the staff to be winding down, but instead, they were cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. It truly made me happy and grateful to experience such kindness, along with my usual delicious Subway sub. Thank you for being an example of great service, kind people, and genuine humanity.

Exceptional service! Stopped by for takeout around 6:30 on a Monday night and both young men working were incredibly patient with an elderly customer in front of us who had lots of questions, and then they went on to give us excellent service as well. They both took their time building the sandwiches and obviously took pride in their jobs. We have always had great service at this location, but tonight was even better than normal.

Food was great but the customer service was sub par. The guy seemed to hate his job and was not very kind when speaking. Continued to gossip with another co-worker in front of us as we ordered. Will be going to a different location from now on.

I came in at 9:45pm and they told me they were completely closed and couldn’t serve me. Mind you if the door is unlock and it’s not 10pm which is the closing time, .. why can’t you serve me? It’s not like I came in to dine in I just wanted to purchase a sub and go. If this subway closed at 9:45pm please put that on the door.
