Subway has always been my go to sub place. I have noticed the last 3 or 4 times I have gotten subway that there’s less and less meat. All the meats are sliced paper thin and your paying $10.00 for a sub that barely has any meat on it. Even after paying $3 or more extra for double meat it’s just not worth the money anymore. The pictures are off two sandwiches made exactly the same my husbands was worse then mine on the amount of meat used. It was good would just love to have meat on my sandwich. That and always changing the sauces. Sweet onion has been my favorite since I was a kid then the mix it with the teriyaki. Then I start using the honey mustard and it gets changed to honey and brown mustard mixed. I’m just over it lol like dang subway please go back to the old subway.

Updating my review because it’s never right. The sandwiches are never made right. I order curbside and they don’t bring it out. I always have to go in, fix the drink and get the chips. They always have an attitude too even though I am so patient. The entire staff needs to be retrained or replaced. Will update the review when things get better.

Updating my update. I’m mad. One employee is wearing pajamas and doing nothing at all while the other deals with the 5-6pm rush. I ordered curbside an hour ago. And JUST got my food AFTER 5 people came in, got served and left. I don’t know of a Subway that is worse than this one.

I loved the the person doing the sandwiches their I think his name was Zac and he was amazing he was so nice and patient I messed up what bread o wanted and he did mind at all he was really chill about definitely the best subway near me

The young employee on 11/6/2022 wasn’t about being at work this day. It was the first time I had ever had this employee wait on me. She had a strange, quiet attitude and was throwing things around. She didn’t spread the steak all the way across the bread and under cheesed one of the sandwiches. She threw my sons sandwich in the lettuce. She disregarded the tomatoes that had turned black when I told her there were old tomatoes. She only removed the bad tomatoes because on my next sandwich I asked for tomatoes, so would she have removed them if I didn’t select them for my other sandwiches. There was no sweet tea and the syrup for the fountain drink machine was out of pretty much all the best options to choose from to drink. She ran to the back of the store, where I could not get her attention to get a refund on drinks so I got some carbonated water. I did not have a difficult order. I even told her at the beginning after I greeted her not her greeting us, that I had three foot-long sandwiches to order. I have worked in the same work environment and even as a waitress I had bad days at work but interaction with customers I put on a fake face and smiled and was pleasant and it helped me make my bad days better, so I did leave her a small tip. When getting our drinks I instantly regretted it since I knew she knew there was nothing to drink. We didn’t get “meals” only 3 footlong sandwiches and 2 large drinks that were garbage, and I knew she knew it but still charged us for halfway made food and nothing to drink. During the weekdays the employees are much more pleasant.

Very disappointed. Subway salads were once flavorful and appealing. What we ordered was anything but. Our order was not fulfilled correctly (missing items) and the dressing was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever eaten. It was just essentially an oily bowl of lettuce and chicken with toppings I didn’t order and none of the ones I paid for. Will NOT eat at Subway again.

Walked in and there was the most terrible employee with a horrible attitude. She was throwing stuff around and proclaiming she was the only one there. Literally slammed a pan on the floor and let it side down the floor to the back room. This store obviously has serious issues with staffing and needs to hire nicer people. 0 stars because we walked out.

This store is run only by children there’s not a single adult that checks on anything if there is they’re just as bad. Run out of meatballs bread and other basics by 5 every single day. They usually have one poor boy working by himself I know because I’ve seen it multiple times in person. It’s poorly managed and the workers are poorly trained to resolve issues. But hey it looks nice.

I’ve ordered for pick up twice in the last week. Both times the orders were all messed up because some requested ingredients were missing. The customer service was horrible. I had to give the details of this order twice after both typing it into the website AND repeating it verbally when ordering last week but STILL to no avail. Far worse is the rep telling me he gave me what I ordered & did not mess it up or miss any ingredients after I told him he did! There was no friendliness when I went in for pick up either time & he said there was no manager on duty when one was requested plus did not know when one would be there.
