Yarirma Gonzalez and her crew were so amazing! They helped get my daughter her first Kids meal, by converting the cheeseburger to an Impossible kids meal!! It was the first time that I asked for this, and they did not disappoint. Also asked for a burger from the “secret” menu. Again, no disappointments!! This crew is great. Yaririma is so patient and kind. Always coming back!!

there was a fry in my dr.pepper and when i called them the lady on the phone was rude and said she would call the cops for prank texting. i understand that people prank call but she should at least work with the customer and make sure because my call was not one. she kept stating that the fries and the drinks are far from each other but there was a fry in my drink either way.

Ordered online. Showed up after the time on the app said the food would be ready by and wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes after. In what appears to be an attempt to rush and get my order done they threw in two cheeseburgers from someone else’s meal into my kids bags. They were both supposed to be plain but had everything on them instead. Little to no communication between the team working.

Waited 10 minutes in line at drive through to pick up a kids meal for my grandson.I got a little frustrated so I called on my phone at the drive through because it was the smartest move. I get a hard time on the phone because I asked why is it taking so long I’ve been waiting 10 minutes girl up front window after I payed girl with blue hair yelling if you don’t like it go somewhere else.While my grandson in the car. How unbelievably rude. Blue hair girl yelling in front of everyone inside you don’t like it go somewhere else’s. After 6 years ever week two three times getting meals.Now never again at Cooley Burger King.

Had the late night munchies and ended up spending $40, for me and my spouse, ordering from this restaurant on Doordash for my order to arrive and not even be edible. The crispy chicken sandwhiches were not cooked. As I bit into the chicken, the meat was so chunky and stringy, you couldnt even bite through. The onion rings were soggy, and the Hershey pie melted. Extremely upset to waste $40, without having a bite of food. It is now 1:17 a.m. , and if I were petty, I would request a refund in person, upon opening hours. Please look into your late night cooks and the quality of the food going out. People work far to hard to have to throw forty dollars down the drain because of the production of your team, an unwillingness to uphold job expectations within late night hours. Normally they have Great service but not tonight. I spent over $20 bucks and still had to wait. Got home to enjoy my burger from Burger King. Took my first bite to find out that it was RAW . I cut in half and it was still pink. Lost my appetite . I called the store and the manager told me that I was mistaken and nobody else called to complain about the food. I offered to bring it to her she declined and said she couldn’t do anything about. An that means there’s something wrong with the machine. I should call the manager Jean in the morning. I will be going to visit and get my refund

This Burger King has the best service out of any Burger King I have ever been to. Everyone is so well mannered and nice to the customers. I drive a little further to go to this location simply because of the excellent service and great experience every time. Consistently great. Nicest staff ever. Thank you!
