This was my first time trying the dry noodles Pho, and honestly, it was a revelation! I loved the unexpected combination of saucy, savory noodles tossed with fresh herbs, paired with a separate bowl of that clean, fragrant Pho broth. It delivers a truly delicious and unique two-in-one flavor experience. The taste was excellent—rich yet surprisingly fresh. Plus, the staff were super helpful and genuinely attentive when I asked questions about the dish. Their care made the whole new experience feel welcoming and complete. Highly recommend this unique version!

The Bun Bo Hue here is really delicious and full of authentic flavor. The broth is rich, fragrant, and has a nice lemongrass aroma that stands out right away. The beef and pork loaf are tender and taste fresh, and the noodles have a good chewy texture. Everything comes together really well and makes the bowl very satisfying. Overall, this is a great Bun Bo Hue, and I would definitely come back again.

On to the food… I started with the crisp egg rolls , they looked like 3 good size rolls in the picture, I got four “fried spring roll” (like the ones from Panda Express) looking rolls that had mostly shredded carrot and the crispy part wasn’t crispy. I ordered a Pho Beef Special, at first I was really enjoying the broth ( I always like to taste the broth before adding all the goodies ) it’s really good and very hot – not many pho places get it out hot like this, I just couldnt bring myself to enjoy the meat. It looked weird with yellowing that I thought was fat but the texture was different, the meatballs were good!
Before I left I saw they had 50%off Milk Tea and Fruit tea on Wednesday so I also ordered a Honeydew Milk Tea with Boba.
When the waiter rang me up I think she forgot the discount, I felt sheepish to ask seeing how busy she was and she was really nice, so I just tipped $3 (in my mind the discount I didn’t get made up for the rest) and left, on my way out I took a drink of my bobas and the boba pearls were hot! I then realized idk how these things are made but I had never tasted it like this. I mixed it a bit but as much as I tried I didn’t enjoy this $35 lunch. I won’t be going back.

I ordered the banh mi sandwich. It was perfectly light and crispy. They accommodated my request for no mayo and a side of house prepped fish sauce for dipping instead. Based on the banh mi, which was delicious, I’m gonna go back and try the pho someday.

Danglicious Vietnamese Kitchen in Washougal is a true gem! We tried the Pho Special, Beef Stew, Fried Chicken Wings, and Grilled Pork Vermicelli—each dish was absolutely delicious. The pho was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned, rich in flavor, and so comforting. It’s honestly one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had.
The decorations were also stunning! The restaurant had a cozy and elegant vibe, with beautiful details everywhere. It really added to the whole dining experience. What really caught my attention was the decoration especially the spider-themed design! ️ It was so creative and interesting, giving the restaurant a unique and beautiful atmosphere.
