This place went from A1 top of the line to absolute trash. No flavor, couldn’t give me my pico and tomatillo sauce separately for whatever reason. Waiter had the personality of a potato.. idk what happened here but don’t waste your time. This is trash.
I just wanted to edit to say my bad experience was mostly due to the waiter, not managing staff. Once management became aware of our complaints they were quick to try to make things right.

I have travelled the entire USA. I have eaten at many 5 star restaurants. Los Encinos in Bruce is my new go to restaurant. The food was amazing!!! The staff even better!!! The Cook came out of kitchen twice to check my wifes steak, and other food. Food which by the way was already perfect. We will eat here often.

Great food would be sm better if the waitress and waiters were decent at least. Everytime i go the service is god awful and we are barely checked on. Last time i went recently a girl taking our order had in air pods and left us alone for 1 hr when we weren’t done ordering. she also (probably bc she had earbuds in) had to keep coming back for us to repeat our orders. Food is great thoo. just hate that i feel like me and my partner are an inconvenience for them to serve.

I ordered the Cajun shrimp salad. I wasn’t disappointed at all they separated the shrimp mix from bowel, so it wasn’t soggy it still was crispy when I returned home. The flavors popped in my mouth it was great. I will be placing an order again.

Waited 25 min after being seated and no one took my order. There were 3 tables counting mine being occupied. Server did walk through the area at all to check on anyone. Wasted my whole lunch break.

Went for lunch today, service was horrible. Ordered cheese dip with chips, waiter mentioned it 3X, but never brought it. Got chips and salsa, took over 5 minutes to get small bowls for salsa. Finally got drinks, waited about 15 minutes and decided to pay for what we had and go somewhere else. Worse service I have ever experienced.
