Do not go here if you expect good customer service. It took one employee 23 minutes to help a couple in front of me who ordered four footlongs. (3 of the 4 were the exact same too ) His coworker tried to step in and help multiple times, but he refused. Maybe it was my fault for going an hour before closing, but the customer service at this location is consistently bad. They’ve also messed up my online orders before. The only reason I kept coming back was the convenient location, but after last night, I won’t anymore. Go to the one on Mesa or choose a different sub shop altogether. It’s not worth the wait.

Ordered the 5 meat sub with just cheese on the app and when I went to pick it up it had everything on it. Employee seemed confused and annoyed that I asked for a new one….. Only for the new one to only have meat and no cheese. It can’t be that hard to follow 2 steps

It was 90 degrees outside today Saturday, October 4th, 2025, and the store still doesn’t have air conditioning . This store has been without air conditioning for at least 6 months!!!!! It’s too hot to sit comfortably and eat inside. There are too many windows facing West that allows everyone to get toasted like the bread on your sandwich.

I recently purchased food from this location, and as of December 19, the establishment is still operating without air conditioning. Given the current temperatures, this creates a serious food safety concern, as meats and vegetables are exposed to excessive heat, significantly increasing the risk of bacterial growth and potential foodborne illness. If this issue is not promptly addressed, I will have no choice but to contact health inspectors and formally report this location.

Worst dirty place and employee what you can possible found! This guy who start make my sandwich, just grub with one hand his cell phone from his pants pocket with food gloves, another hand he keep on bread, and he just start texting, and after all he touch my bread!! I was stop him and he not even apologies, he pretend nothing was happening! I ask him wash his hand, change gloves, and give me new bread! Horrible place, horrible dirty employees! Please don’t go to this place! They get you sick! if I can give them zero for everything I wold! I hope everyone know about this dirty employee and place!

Walked in at dinner time, 6 PM. The door was open, music was on. There was no one in the store… I called out. Knocked on both bathroom doors, the “employees only” door, waited for 3 or 4 minutes. NOTHING. Called their phone… It rang. Nothing. I looked for a phone number for a manager/dm/owner to call. I did not find one. Zero stars, really.

Sorry I messed up with the restaurant on dessert blvd. This is the one that has an ac working. Today I went for a meal and the place is hot. The young lady that helped me was not feeling good. I was hot, I can imagine been there all day with no ac. I sure wish OSHA would pay this place a visit.
