Whoppers used to be my burger of choice, but it’s been a while and wanted to revisit. I got a simple one pattie with no cheese. Service was swift and pleasant. I didn’t use the restroom but everything seemed clean and someone was cleaning tables. The 274 gram burger was not worth it. It was made like someone didn’t love burgers and nothing like the picture of a Wopper. The meat didn’t taste like much and the fixings were pathetic. Just compare the photos. I won’t be back.

I pulled through the drive thru on my way to work at 8:02 a.m. with only one car in front of me. I quickly ordered a sausage biscuit, hashbrown and OJ. Pulled forward and it was 9 minutes before I made it to the window and another 7 before my order was ready. The employee was courteous enough but the food is sub par. The orange juice was minimally cool, the hashbrowns were greasy and not quite done and the biscuit and sausage were burned, dry and inedible. BK get you some new employees who can get their stuff together. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and pull through McDonald’s or Chick Filet.

Whoever the closing manager is here, the lady with the braided hair. She was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. She made an entire scene and threatened to call the cops on me simply because I was asking for a refund because I never received my food from an online order. I even told her I would be fine with just getting the food made now since I’m here in person. She continued being rude and insisting there’s nothing she can do even after I showed her the AI support did not give me a refund.

20 minutes waiting for a milkshake ordered through the app. Car in front had an extended wait then had an extended conversation after receiving. Would have thought the milkshake would be ready but they didn’t start to make it until I pulled up to the window. Airport Blvd and Azalea rd location is far superior

All I have to say is that the lady with the purple ish hair rock…I called first and specified what I needed and not only did she deliver, baby made that whopper herself. That meant alot to me because the person it was for hadn’t had a whopper in many years so I wanted it to be special and she did just that for me. Not only tonight any time I’ve seen her she’s been such a sweetheart..her shift is ran better than what I’ve experienced wit the day crew just saying but keep keeping on yall Thank u Ms. LADY for doing that for me/him..I live behind the store so I will be seeing u again someday

Just being renovated looking contemporary with new and improved management. “Have it you way is gone in favor of be your way”, anyway burgers still the same and I have to have a triple whopper once a week. Love the soda fountain machines and refill. Nice, clean and neat building and premises.

Pulled in the drive through, Didn’t have any milkshakes or desserts except a cookie. She said they had the stuff but it was just frozen because someone wasn’t paying attention(shocker) no one in the dining room and no one in front of me in drive. Took my payment, I sat there for about 10 minutes, she opened the window and I asked for a water cup and she said I had to pay, then told me to pull up and wait some more for my 2 sandwiches. At least they were somewhat warm.

They have went down hill. I don’t kno who the new manager is but she SUCKS. Why are u telling people to pull up and soon as the pay? Like they never used to do that but as soon as u pay they makin u pull up. U can be the ONLY person in the drive thru…”PULL UP” u can only get a small fry “pull up” and then they have attitudes. This is my LAST time doing business with Burger King.
The employees don’t even wear uniforms.
Customer service is trash! Like I don’t recommend my worst person to go here for food.
