Aletas recoment this location. One of the best in will say number one with a great staff and manager always with a big smile with me and family. Will come back just to enjoy their service. Chelsey and Alex are the best example. I will recommend this store friends and family. Been several times and this location without Alex and staff will never be the same. Great Job Tropical Smoothie Zephyrhills and staff.

Wow love this location. Super clean. Food are delicious and the Manager shirt says Alex the best working for the location. Recommend anyone stop by and meet all staff. Always friendly as always. Is my 4th time visiting my family in town and this location without the staff and Alex never will be the same. Thank you Tropical Smoothie and Alex.

Whats goin on with the staff Zephyhills location. Looks like that person in charge hate working there. Attitude like been force work. I ask about the previous some of the staff. That denied and with attitude ask if I need something else because they don’t have time to say anything about the people they let them go. I was one of the faithful customers. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE spend a nickel with that attitude. Downhill.

I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for years. I had gotten a chia banana boost smoothie and on two separate occasions there were ground up date pits in the smoothie that I choked on. I told the manager about this and he told me that I complained too much and that there was no way that they messed up that much. He then told me that he no longer wanted my business and refused to answer my questions as to why since I had done nothing wrong. He then proceeded to harass me by calling my cell phone multiple times (even calling from his personal phone) until I answered just so he could tell me not to come back. I am absolutely mortified and downright scared by his heinous behavior.

Just ordered 2 Chipotle chicken clubs and one with kale slaw. The chicken clubs had old lettuce that was brown and very little Chipotle sauce. Plus the kale slaw was old and brown. This store has really deteriorated in that last month. I will not return.

Since moving here, I’ve had some of the best smoothies made. The employees are all great and they know when I come in I always tend to forget to ask for something extra and they’ve got it covered. They know how a girl likes her smoothie for sure! Lol. I don’t know their names but shout out to the manager and every young lady/man that’s here in ZHills.
