We order from this location often. The food is always great! Today we ordered in store and Gaeden the cashier was quick and friendly. The whole team seemed nice and efficient. We will definitely be back!

I came here last night to pick up some wings and fries for the superbowl and we were not disappointed! I originally tried ordering online but the website crashed due to too many orders so I called to make sure they had wings which I was told they had plenty! I walked in and 2 female employees greeted me cheerfully asking if I was picking up or ordering. (You can always tell how well a place is ran by how you get greeted) The man who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone working seemed to be in high spirits and were spreading positivity, which I loved ! I waited for my food which was really quick, and I was able to get home in time for the half time show! Wings and fries hit the spot and were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back.

The manager here turn to messed up experience into a really good one. My family ordered some food as walk-in customers when we got home 15 minutes away all of the food wasn’t there I called the store to manager says oh where you were walking as for the name gave it to him he says okay I’m really sorry about that I wasn’t I was in the back at the time my apologies what you’re missing I told him I miss him he said you just come back what you did and what I like about that he didn’t blame anyone. He didn’t say the workers weren’t doing their job he didn’t try to put it on anybody else he fixed it with no problem you know I did have to go back out of my way but Wingstop doesn’t deliver so the only way I would have got the issue fixed is if I went in person which I did when I got there he asked you know the name and it was great you know if he experienced to a really good one. Very appreciative to have a younger person work hard and do their job very well. First time going there I haven’t really eaten the food yet but if it’s good I’ll definitely go back

I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wings were perfectly cooked, the fries were seasoned just right, and everything came out quickly. I recently visited at Wingstop in Hamilton and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance between comfort and hospitality. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcome right away . What stood out most was the consistency — great service, amazing food.

Joel and Jayden really do make this wingstop the best in the area. It’s been hard finding a wingstop that meets my standards. They make the food the BEST and the service is so good. They really do take care of you. Such kind gentlemen that make this such a great location! They deserve a raise.

Went in super late almost as they were closing and they still made sure we got what we wanted and then some! Jav, Kori, Daniel, and Bre were all very nice and respectful whilst making our food and cleaning up for the night. If I could write 10/10, I would. But I guess we’ll settle for the 5 stars. Come in and check em out, and try to come in a lil bit before close to give em some proper time

I have been to many wingstop establishments, and if I must say the service and staff here at the Hamilton location was truly amazing. They were very helpful, patient and attentive to my needs as I was ordering food for a large group. The establishment was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. My wait wasn’t long at all and the food was exactly what I ordered and to my liking. Keep up the good work guys my experience was truly a pleasure pleasure !

This has to be the worst wingstop I’ve ever tasted. There was no seasoning on our 24 piece, the chicken was like rubber and extremely greasy. I threw it away and told my son we shouldn’t have went to this one anyway. The blue cheese was like water and only ate the celery and carrots with my family. Horrendous. Go somewhere else.
