Hands down the best meal and dining experience ever. For Christmas, my husband got my friend and I a dinner reservation – she had to cancel, but I couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to eat here so I went solo! My server Danielle was amazing – extremely knowledgeable about the food and flexible in working with me to customize a four course menu that worked perfectly in what I was in the mood for. She brought me plate after a plate of the most delicious Italian food I’ve ever had and even encouraged me to try some new foods that I would’ve never otherwise tasted. I must have interacted with 5 different staff members throughout the night and all were professional and showed the ultimate hospitality. The greatest part about the experience was that Danielle and the rest of the staff treated me just as special as the party of six next to me when they did not need to. This was my first time getting out of the house and getting some “me” time after having two babies. It was everything I needed, and the care that the staff took with me literally brought tears to my eyes. The ambience is amazing and the food is simply the best. New favorite Italian spot in the city for sure. Cannot wait to go back!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had, and definitely a top three in Philly. Exceptional food, outstanding service, immaculate vibes. They have the best kind of tasting menu, where each person gets to choose from 3-5 options per course. This made for a very fun meal with 3 other people where we all got different things and tried bites from each one. They also sent out several surprise bites, and the welcome cocktail was such a nice way to start. What a fun night with the best food! Such great textures, flavors, colors — it was all happening!
(We came for the first time in July 2025, but just getting to my review now).

My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner, and while our expectations were high, we both left incredibly impressed and appreciative of the wonderful evening. The staff were all warm, hospitable, and incredibly professional. Our server Danielle did a fantastic job helping my girlfriend navigate the menu with her dietary restrictions in mind. The pacing of the experience was perfect, with plenty of little surprises sprinkled throughout.
The food was fantastic. The sweet onion crepe and classic split were two of the best dishes I’ve had in my life, with the smoked spaghetti and desserts also being standouts.
Overall, a lovely experience made possible by an incredibly talented staff.

Our experience at Vetri was excellent. We had a great time. I must say, everyone knows how great the food is, but the service was even better. We highly recommend the scallops, classic split pasta, branzino, and pistachio lava cake! Come hungry! We went a little overboard on the truffle options

We had an incredible birthday dinner for my husband at Vetri. The food was exceptional—creative, beautiful, and above all, delicious. The wines selected paired beautifully with each course and the sommelier was both extremely knowledgeable and very approachable. Overall, one of the best meals we have had in Philly!

Visited this past November- always magnificent and so special. Did the dinner and wine pairing 1000/10. If you’re lucky maybe there will be an onion tart!

Vetri Cucina is where culinary magic happens… each visit over the past two years has been nothing short of unforgettable. The seasonal tasting menu? Always a showstopper. The pasta? Quite possibly life-changing. The raspberry caramels? I asked for extras once and they delivered (literally and figuratively).
Service is top-tier, thoughtful, accommodating, and excellent. They’ve handled food allergies, surprise celebrations, and even my accidental month-early reservation with total grace. The space is intimate and elegant, near Center City with cozy lighting and two floors of charm. Even a baby made an appearance on one visit, and the whole dining room welcomed the little guest with smiles. Rare and lovely.
Reservations are a must, but the experience is worth every moment (and dollar). Can’t wait to go back; next time with the wine pairing. Highly recommend for special occasions or when you’re in a “treat yo’self” mood.

They deserve all 5 stars, but the vibe isn’t for me. Impeccable service, food flavors were really unique, beautiful and intimate space.
But the portions are really, really small. The tortellini was 2 tortellinis. I’m a big eater, and if you are you might want to arrive with a tizer in your belly because you’re not going to cosume many calories over your 2.5 hour meal.
Bonus points for the wait staff looking like band members of Mumford and Sons.

What a fabulous experience. Vetri Cucina is one of the first fine dining experiences I ever had. Visiting Philadelphia for the first time, I wanted to indulge in some good quality food, and Vetri Cucina was a great choice. Although the portions appear small, you will definitely feel full at the end of your dining experience.
The ambiance is fantastic, and feels so cozy and intimate. It was a perfect date night spot! The warm tone decor, the colorful water glasses, the golden lamp, it all made the meal feel so at home. The staff also did a fantastic job accommodating my allergies, and they really did above and beyond in making sure I was not only enjoying my food but also having a good time.
Some highlights that I enjoyed were the branzino, the pistachio cake, and the spinach gnocchi. You could tell that everything on the menu was carefully considered and well thought out. The food was of good quality, and tasted very decadent. Overall, I recommend visiting at least once! I hope to visit again someday.

Flavors were incredible. You could really taste each part of what they described when introducing the dish. Service also impeccable. The bartender was very skilled able to make a cocktail that is pretty niche and wasn’t on menu. Staff was incredibly friendly and our hostess fostered a warm environment from the moment we stepped through the door. Front of house looked like they genuinely enjoyed working in there and you could hear the intensity of the kitchen working too.
It was the most expensive meal of my life (so far?), but somehow it still felt worth it. One of the only tasting menus that have actually left me feeling full on top of the whole experience
