I called today at 9:15 to make an order, the person that was taking my order was taking it and his manger came up to him and said don’t take orders anymore while he was taking my order, I understand is kinda late but I told him I was actually going to pick it up and that I could not make the order in the restaurant because I was in a hurry but I was already on my way already, he still did not take my order. When I go to this location and I order in the restaurant they take so long on my order last time I went they took 30 minutes and the lady in front was really rude. that’s why I decided to call, What kind of manger is that? I understand is not a fancy restaurant but Yall need to work on your customer service and let people know Yall stop taking orders at a time because I’m sure this is a new thing because I ordered on the phone before around this time or even more late. I work with customer service And I’m really so surprised how bad it is here. I never make complaints but this upset me really bad. Little Caesars get better!

Called an hour in advance to place an order for 5 pizzas to be ready for a party and wasn’t ready and waited 30 minutes after arriving at the time it was supposed to be done and now my 4 year old party is late on starting up. Worse little ceasers by far .

This place sucks its the second time i order for my kids for dilevery while im at work and for some reason they never send my 2 litter drink i pay for it and it never gets delived. My kids love this pizza but their servise sucks and dont get me started with the managers attitude. Im a general manager for a fast food and i never treat my customers with an attitude..

Didn’t get a chance to eat my food. I’ll start with taking part of the blame for a bad experience- I used the app to place my order, I didn’t realize the app had the next days date, and I only adjusted the time. Once there, the manager noticed me standing there and asked about my order. They notified me it was for the next day. 1st, I asked if I could get it bypassed and made it tonight, and she said, “No.” She became instantly combative and rude as we proceeded to discuss the matter. Then I asked, “If I didn’t pick up the order tomorrow, would I get a refund?” She said, “No,” became defensive, saying it was not her fault, which I never said or insinuated. Finally, I asked her name and corporate or her bosses name and number, and she would not give any of it to me. All I wanted was to feed my kids. Now, I will never use any Little Cesar’s again unless she is fired.

Went in to place a big order for a school. I had been calling for a week straight at different times of day. They won’t answer. I finally came in, in person, and spoke to the owner. Before someone got to me, I called while in the store and they completely ignored the phone. Owner did not care and told me he didn’t have time to pick up phone. That I should order online, but I can’t because I need to use the tax exempt form. He also has the store number plastered by the cash register. For what though?! Not only did I come in because they won’t answer, but he wanted me to come in the day before to place the order and pay, and then again the day of to pick up pizzas. Anyways, I think he has enough business to where he doesn’t care if it’s one less. $200 orders don’t seem to phase him. If you’re placing a big order or for a school, avoid this place. Not everyone does online orders either. It’s not right to purposely not answer the phone. Ordering from somewhere else for sure.

Order a stuffed crust pizza instead they give me a cheese pizza. I went in order my stuff crust pizza and got my pizza drove home to find out it was a cheese pizza instead of stuff crust so I drove back up there to have them correct my pizza and they took it and went and asked the manager. What do you need to ask the manager when I have a receipt showing I paid for a stuff crust but they to busy giggling and playing around instead of working people standing around customers waiting to have there order taken. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The pizza is good and simple to order. They rarely answer their phone so ordering ahead just doesn’t happen. The staff isn’t very friendly and they all seem to hate their jobs. I only dealt with it about 15 minutes so I guess it’s tolerable. It just kind of brought me down.

I’ve been to the store a total of three times because my son lives in this area. Each and every time that I have come here the management service has been rude and disrespectful.

The employees however have been decent. The male manager has attitude and a very smart mouth.

Once I asked him how much longer for our pizza he was very argumentative, second time we lost a pair of airpods here, the store was incredibly crowded, and we were not able to see them when they fell. Several hours later when we realized it we checked our Apple location they came back to the store.

When coming to speak with management to see if someone had turned them in his response was do you think I would take your airpods? What do I want with some air pods? When I told him he was being rude and he should be more empathetic, then he tried to apologize yet reiterated with another rude response!
I know this review will not change anything for anyone when someone wants Pizza they’re going to come get it but me personally I will never come back to This Little Caesars I will go across town to get the pizza that I need instead of coming here!
