Just happened upon this gem. So glad we did. Our food was fantastic, our waitress was a sweetheart. The atmosphere can’t be any better. The outside of the restaurant is really something. Will be back very soon!

We chose Stanchion Pub for our family dinner after my mom’s visitation. Our dad had worked at Starline back in the 1980’s, so it felt like a perfect place to reflect on their lives. The food and service were outstanding. The facility is stunning and offers so many interesting things to experience. It was an excellent choice and I’m glad that we chose it.

Great historic location in Harvard. Right next to the final stop of the Metra. Staff was friendly and professional. The food was really good and presented well. My grilled chicken sandwich was juicy and flavourful. The fries were surprisingly good. Best fries in this whole area. Maybe the county.

Burger was fantastic. Tater tots were great. I’d love to see more on draught than Miller (I think it was), but the bottled Lagunitas was cool. Beautiful restored building with historical machines and info to learn more. A local radio station is also inside which was a surprise. Be sure to check out the local vendor market next door; really a gem in Harvard.

This is a great location to dine while awaiting a Train into Chicago. Good food at very reasonable prices and an overall really neat space.

Was there for a work Christmas party. So we were in the party room. But the food was delicious. Steak was cooked to a medium rare cook. Was tender and delicious. Topped with a halide sauce. I would recommend this place for a party for sure. We had an open bar. The staff was courteous and helpful. They had a cash tip jar and a qr code to scan to tip as well. Which is very convenient in the digital age.
