Order a sandwich to-go online, an hour before they closed…ordered at 5:40 & took the bus. By the time, I got there the store was closed at 7. I called 3 times, no answer & 3rd call was clicked on. The next day i come back to see if I can get my order, the workers response was that its not his responsibility once the store close but yet he gave it away to a homeless person 2 hours before I came in the next day to resolve the issue. What kind of joke of customer service is that? Spent money to feed myself, not some random homeless guy. He says the store is at a loss now, what did they lose? They gave my sandwich away that I PAYED for? What the helly? Enayat Habib is supposedly his name which he does not where a name tag & claims to be the manager. He said it’s Not his Responsibility to take care of his customer, regardless of my attempts to call the moment i ordered to communicate my potential late arrival to pick up my order & has the audacity to tell me that he give my order away 2 hours before I walked in the next day to a random person. To remake the sandwich that I played for, he said would if he could. Why couldn’t he? He says SUBWAY doesnt allow him too. Fire this guy. He also had a wife and kids crying in the back of the store…

This location consistently gives much smaller portions than other Subway locations. I eat Subway 4 to 5 times a week at three different stores, and this one gives about 30% less meat even when paying for double meat. The veggies are skimpy too, easily 50% less than the other locations. On my last visit, I got less meat, less veggies, and around six leaves of spinach after asking for extra.
If this store weren’t next to where I work, I’d never order from this location. I usually go to a different Subway on my way to work because this one skimps so hard. I only order here when I’m short on time.

I ordered online because I was at hospital and they were closing soon. I literally picked up bread instead of sandwiches. I ordered veggies sandwich which should have all veggies and nothing in it . I had the most horrible sandwich ever. I ordered for my Mom as well and same for her. Nothing has been added and no sauce.

BAD ATTITUDE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE VISITING FAMILY AT THE HOSPITAL ACROSS THE STREET…
First off the middle aged man that greeted me didn’t have a welcoming attitude. Additionally, all other subways take Subway app coupons but not this one. They don’t because they know people visiting their loved ones at the hospital are hungry and will spend full price because good choices in the area are scarce. The owner should do better!

The consistency in which Subways presents rude, disinterested, and unhelpful workers is actually impressive. At this one in particular I witnessed the worker walk 3 customers due to his inability to communicate or accommodate. Unhappy but not surprised.

The staff at this location are absolutely horrible. They are rude, they never want to help and when you want to use the app the lady brushes you off with a “I don’t know anything about the app” , the 3 times I have visited have never been a good experience. Whenever I order something they always mess it up. The options in the area are limited and they take advantage of that. If you can drive elsewhere to get food DO IT- the owner needs to do better.

I frequently go to Subway and usually have a great experience. This time was awful, I politely asked before my sandwich was made, if he could wash his hands. He made a heavy sigh and smirked at me. Like this was an inconvenience for him. That was requested due to him having a broom in his hand. I thought it was customary to do so after cleaning. He was horrible at service and did not want to even fake like he liked his job.
I’ll never be back there and I’ll not recommend anyone go there at all.

just got my first mobile order for a chicken bacon ranch, they gave me the cheap sauced chicken with no BACON. how can you forget the bacon. kicked me off subway for good.
