Honestly, the female workers need to keep their hair maintained if their making food ive found hair in my sandwich one worker had a nasty attitude while i was ordering from a completely different worker she had tried to rush my sandwich and when i told her i wanted more on my sandwich all she had to say was they were in a rush when i was the only person in the hole store, there were no cars and their were 2 workers. I didn’t get my sandwich the way i wanted even after telling her what i wanted and she needs a better attitude if shes gonna work customer service

Do not go to this subway! Went for lunch today and a few co workers got cookies a dozen plus some extras and they have hair baked all into them! Manager basically called me a liar and said she checked the other cookies and nothing in them. I have video and pictures of the cookies! I won’t be going back there again. We spend a lot at this subway being that they are close to my work.

Standard Subway fare, but the 2 members who were working that day were absolutely Delightful. So fun!! They were comfortable with each other, enjoying their jobs, and had a terrific attitude. Hands down the Best and most friendly Subway experience I’ve ever had. It’s great when people let their personalities shine in a positive and entertaining way – not something I come across often. Great work to the young team members who took our orders!

Upon walking in, no greeting just “are you the online order?!” No.
Walk to counter “what do you want?” “How many sandwiches are you getting?” Male employee sighed, looked put out, and lacked eye contact while female worker kept interrupting & rushing our decisions while being very pushy. “Are you getting drinks?” while we are telling the other guy what kind of subs we want. Shouting our total at us before we had even picked our toppings much less walked to the register. Mind you, there was absolutely no one else in the place and two employees to make our 2 sandwiches. Once we paid and sat down, they both pulled out their phones. Trash overflowing, floor dirty, tables dirty.
Customer service is majorly lacking at this location!!

The last two times i ordered in person, the stainless steel cover to the meats was up in front of the glass blocking view. I like to see what i’m ordering. The sandwiches have been really bad, and after a few bites, i had to throw them away.

I highly recommend just going to another location. They are understaffed and severely slow. They forgot to put some things that came on my sandwich and the churro was extremely hard and tasted like chewy cardboard with cinnamon powder. You can also tell the employees just hate their jobs by their reaction when more customers walk in the store.

I arrived at 7:25pm. The sign on the door says they are temporarily closing at 8pm. So I go in, the girl behind the counter looks at me, I say hello, and she turns and walks to the back without a word. She was back there for over a minute. When she came out, she rudely informed me that I’d be the last customer of the night, so I clarified their hours and she confirmed them. I have no idea why it was a problem for me to be there ordering over 30 minutes before closing. I placed my order, she made my sandwich, and then she slammed the glass covers down on the food when she was done. The sandwich was fine. The service was awful. Their closing time should be the time they stop serving, and they shouldn’t give people grief for coming in well before that. I hadn’t been to this location in a long time. I won’t be back for a long time either.

I am a tired working mother, sometimes when I’m giving baths in the evenings I send my husband to this subway to get us some dinner. I get the same exact thing every single time, every time he brings it home, which we only live 2 mins away, my sub is always cold, even after being double toasted. My husband says a pinch of lettuce & they pack it so full it can’t even fit in my mouth. The chicken is never done on my sub. The people are always nice but the food here sucks. They need training from the Winfield Subway because I work in Winfield & their food is always hot & delicious & just the right about of measurements on sub, not packed so full everything falls on your chest when you eat it. Do better..

Very nice, clean shop and counter with courteous staff. Sandwiches are great. Some of the subway franchises are cutting back on the amount of tuna by nearly 50% they put on a sandwich this store is using the same size scoop as they always have. All the ingredients are very fresh. It was a very good experience. I being up tuna because that is my protein route as I don’t eat meat..
