Ridiculous service. This is the second time they burnt my quesadilla. Half of the stuff was missing. No cheese, no chipotle sauce as requested. Literally stuffed it with beans. DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR FOOD. I had already started working before I opened my box and couldn’t even go back to get a refund. Extremely disappointed to get this kind of service considering how much I paid for the quesadilla.

Absolutely Horrendous! This is our regular Wawa. My Husband and I split a Chicken Cheesesteak Classic Hoagie. There was hardly any Chicken. And they might as well have gone out back and threw a couple of blades of grass on it! It would have been more appealing! My sons Hot Dog was Old and Shriveled. Hot Dogs are behind the counter now. And when my Husband asked for ketchup on it the Wawa Team Member was very rude and pointed to the packets, although the ketchup bottle was right in front of her behind the counter.
We get it. It’s a rough time for everyone. But, no reason to serve slop and be rude to your customers.

The worst Wawa ever and it’s right next to my house unfortunately. I try to avoid this store at all costs. To get a bagel takes 15 mins of whoever standing behind the counter talking about how they hate there job. For real if that’s the case why did you apply???? I ordered a bagel with light cream cheese and there’s a mound of cream cheese. I mean it’s every single time I go in the employees are not happy and miserable, the corporation seriously needs to do something about it, it’s bad for business

Best to drive up the street and actually go to a better location then this one.
The gas station is a nightmare with nasty customer service, and if you need to get food inside. I ordered a sub and they forgot to put all of the meat, cheese, and lettuce… I just got a piece of bread SMH.
Best to just say that I’m a picky customer and be done with it I guess.

The really nice thing about Wawa is that from location to location, you will find the same quality. It’s convenient to stop while traveling. The bathrooms are usually decent. There are exceptions, but typically, they are clean.

will stop by on my Stockton school days, and always have a good experience here. Everyone seems to be friendly, and food/drinks are ready in a reasonable time frame. Store layout feels kinda cramped, and there’s no cell reception for some reason, so my app won’t load. Not their fault of course, 5/5 store though.

I will update my review when the company makes some important changes:
1. Stop charging money for vegan milk alternatives. It is anti-vegan and anti-planet. Offering only vanilla almond milk and cow milk free is customer unfriendly.
2. Fix the wawa app to be more user friendly
3. Let people buy oat milk by itself if nothing else. Your convoluted sales system is broken.
