So I gave this location a try again and will not be going back number one. They don’t take any of the online coupons, but that’s not my issue. My issue is with the freshness of the bread. I purchased an ultimate BMT not toasted just regular bread as you can see on my receipt and the bread was not toasted when I got it I can tell the bread was super old or have been sitting out because it was just hard not toasted. There’s a big difference Really irritated that I could not enjoy my sandwich because it was just hard bread. I don’t know if it was bread from the day before or a couple days ago, but literally I had to pee off probably 75% of the bread and pretty much had like a salad.
My sandwich is pretty much crumbled

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from the ladies working at this subway. They have always been polite and positive. The store is always clean. I’ve seen them always grab a clean knife and if they don’t have a clean one they have let me know they will be right back with a clean knife. A customer was in line infront of my and had the coupons out, the lady was very polite and let them know this location doesn’t accept coupons and she was very sorry for the inconvenience. The costume started yelling at her and she stayed calm and just kept saying how sorry she was and maybe another location accepts them but she didn’t know which ones. The costumer then went outside and told people not to come to that subway and came back in to let the worker know what he was doing. Her responds was perfect, she said “ I hope you have a great day and that you feel better now. Enjoy the nice weather.” He left even more mad cause she wasn’t upset he did that.

Ordered and paid on the app, got home and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. Called the store and the staff wouldn’t let me speak to a manager but took my number. I have only received 2 robo emails thanking me for being a customer and they are “sorry the sandwiches didn’t meet my expectations.” I simply want the sandwiches replaced or a refund for my order on 6/24 20.

Sandwich was toasted normal about of time. Got it home 10 mins away to find that the Sandwich was rock hard. Called in and the lady said she had to go because she had someone standing in front of her and then hung up on me. Don’t recommend this location

The lady working on 1/17/2025 was incredibly rude. I ordered 3 meals for me and my family and when I arrived to pick them up..they weren’t there. I made sure it was the correct subway and in fact it was. She even took my phone and looked and made sure I was at the right one. My husband called and when he asked where the order was she hung up on him. I called back 20 mins later to ask for a manager to do something about this and was hung up on 2 times. There goes a $50 dinner for 3. I will never use them again. Worst customer service ever.

My son in law ordered food on line and spent $50
When he went to get his order that was PAID FOR…. The order was gone… he verified he was at the correct location and even showed the woman that he paid for the food order…. All the woman would say is “No no…”
My son in law called the subway store twice only to be hung up on….TWICE!!!
$50 is a a good chunk of change to spend on Subway….. RUDE!

Just went in to pickup food with my coupon 3 footling for $19.99…nope we don’t take that but you can use 2 of the 2 footling for $13.99. So I run back home and grab them but now I need to order 4 sandwiches…no biggie I order another. But I didn’t realize that the pizza stick things aren’t sandwiches so now I can’t use one of the coupons….no biggie. She makes all my items goes to ring it up…sorry coupons aren’t scanning you can’t use them….WHAT! Seriously shouldn’t be a me problem. My inexpensive lunch for the boat turned into a $60.00 meal ☹️

I went to this location today for the first time. It is newly remodeled and very clean. There was an older lady working (I think her name was Darlene) and she was so friendly! I enjoyed a little chat with her while she was making my sandwich. This will be my go to Subway on the hill. Can’t wait to see her next time!

Absolutely disgusting. I had both my sandwiches completely torn apart by the person wrapping it. On top of that, the knife the person used had crusted mustard from who knows how many previous sandwiches. Typically they put the knives in a container with ice and water. Not here! My meatball Mariana now comes with another sandwiches mustard. Thankfully I’m not allergic to anything. The food contamination is unreal. Can’t imagine what it would be like where customers can’t see it. Poor service all around. I will not be coming back here. Hopefully they take cleanliness more serious in the future.
