Great location to have a chipotle especially in this area. But I am a bit disappointed they open at 10:45 AM and it is 11 AM and they do not have several items they are supposed to have when they open up such chimichurri sauce was not made. They did not have any guac and the food looked like it’s been sitting there for over an hour. Is a former Chipotle worker (over 10 years ago) this is highly unacceptable. Chipotle is based off having high standards and having fresh food.

Sometimes chipotle is very kind and generous, especially with their portions. You get a big scoop of food and a big smile on the face. This chipotle is not that chipotle whatsoever the scoop of food they put into my bowl is not enough to feed one mouse you have to order a double to get a normal size. Everything was ice cold and sucked. Go to a different chipotle or the Taco Bell up the street.

I ordered from Uber eats the order was all wrong, so I went to the store and asked for a manger. Three females said they was managers. Ok good I told them the ordered was wrong show the receipt and was told I have to reorder. Only because they was trying to give me meat in a side cup because the order can’t freshly make my order correct. WHAT!!!!! 32 dollars and some change your can’t correct my order with proof. We don’t need business like this in the area the first I ever heard. Si now out of all the restaurants around we get treated like animals. Keep your meat in that little cup because I don’t is settle for less. And sorry young lady I’m not a bro I’m an female take it back to the hood. This was not my first time here but the first time I was disrespected. We need new managers here please forgot to mention I left the food there so I lost my money. Keep it I’m done 11/6/25

Ordered on the website. Arrived to pick up my food, and there was one woman in the corner preparing orders while three others stood by and did not help. The place was packed with delivery drivers. I was told my food would be at least another half hour. Meanwhile, the dine-in line remained completely open. I asked why no one could make my food on the open counter, and I was told online orders can only be made in that one specific corner. So, my order was shuffled in with “at least 30 other orders” according the very overwhelmed employee. There is a serious logic gap going on in this store.
In short, expect disorganized, slow service. Avoid this location.

Was so excited when I saw this chipotle being built over the summer. Finally checked it out and was highly disappointed. Waited 20 min which didn’t bother me personally but should mention. Ordered a bowl out of brown rice, out of chicken and steak, out of salsa, out of guacamole…. With none prepared to back it up. So literally ordered everything I didn’t want because I was starving already waited 20 minutes. Staff also not in a rush to fix the issue either! Walking around talking while there’s a line of people to the door. Needs better management. Sad.

Ordered food on the app at 6:20PM on Tuesday. It said it would be ready at 6:50. The food wasn’t ready until 7:30. I ordered carne asada but apparently it would have taken much longer for that so I opted for steak (even though I paid extra for carne asada) just so I could get out of there. It was tiny cold cubes of “beef.” The food was mediocre at best. I’ve been there a couple times now, hoping they’d work out the kinks and my experience would improve. It did not. The app will tell you your food will be ready 20 minutes before they even start working on it. The timing in the app is completely broken and misleading. I don’t really fault the workers for that, but twice they have not had things that the app allowed me to order. They don’t seem to make more proteins until they run out, which makes no sense at all. The extremely long wait times for mediocre room temperature food just isn’t worth it. I probably won’t be back. Not for quite a while at least. Maybe they’ll figure it out in time but right now the place is not functioning efficiently at all.

I was excited about this location opening but the staff is horrible. They’re never prepared. Ive never been inside a chipotle that operated so inefficiently. The older woman on the cash register with the dark hair – unprofessional arguing with the other staff about what is a half portion/full portion IN FRONT of customers. they barely greet customers, they’re always out of something causing you to wait. The first time I went there, I walked out with 7 other people after standing in line for 30 mins. A customer yelled out “there won’t be chicken for 20 minutes” because not one staff members bothered to relay that information. It’s just disorganized and quite frankly, unprofessional as hell compared to other chains. I hope you guys do something about it. OH and all that arguing with each other and didnt fulfill my order correctly either.
