We stopped for iced Vietnamese coffees in Brighton, CO before heading home to Cheyenne. They were wonderful and the Chopsticks Vietnamese Restaurant also had a vegetarian Pho available but we were still full from lunch so didn’t try it on this trip. We’re trying to figure out when we’ll be back. If it’s as good as the coffees, then it should be pretty amazing.

Great servers. Everyone is always very upbeat and attentitive. The food typically comes out very quickly and is always of the best quality. Best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever had. Everything tastes extremely fresh and I’ve never had a problem when I needed something. Highly recommend

Amazing food!! We have lived in Brighton for 8 years and finally we have a restaurant with great food. The food at Chopsticks is delicious, you receive a generous portion and pricing is on point. The pho is better than any other I’ve tried in Brighton. Their egg rolls are loaded and delicious and the sesame chicken was so good! We also got the boba drink, Strawberry and Taro flavor both were so good. My whole family enjoys the food here. The staff is very personable and friendly, great atmosphere and clean environment. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this place!! Food is always delicious! Service is great, very welcoming. We have never had anything off their menu that we didn’t like. Portions are huge! Best Pho around and absolutely the best Sesame chicken!

This was the our first visit. I can say it is great. The place was clean, the staff very friendly and personable and the food was excellent. We loved it and will for sure come back. I had the chicken pho ,my wife had vegetable pho, and we shared chicken lettuce wraps. They were terrific .

Got the combination rice noodle bowl- soooo good! The sesame chicken was great too, nice light batter and good flavor. The staff is very friendly and the veggies are fresh. Tried this place randomly and loved it, will be back.
P.S. try the house made sauces too, the soy vinnagrette and peanut sauce are really good

Handsdown the best Pho I’ve ever eaten. They have an extensive menu but honestly i cant keep myself from ordering the Pho. The owner is always there either cooking or serving and sometimes both. The food is consistent with large portions at a fair price. A friendly attentive staff. I eat there at least once a week. Sometimes more.

Great food and fast service. Prices are very reasonable. Entree portions are large. I highly recommend the chicken curry. This place is a “diamond in the rough” in a strip mall. It is not visually exciting inside or out, but it is worth stopping by for dinner.

Excellent pho. Save yourself a trip to Buford Highway in Atlanta or Federal Boulevard in Colorado. Got most of the food to go so I can’t speak for that yet. Great portions and great service
