We were at the Quebec location.
We ordered tacos, torta y quesadillas, i am a very picky person when it comes to Mexican food specifically tacos, but these ones taste almost like Mexico tacos.
I ordered cabeza which was super good,
lengua delicious, pastor great taste, suadero y buche both super juicy and soft meat.
The torta was good as well, and the quesadilla you can add any meat.

The tacos here are very delicious. Every taco needs a good salsa! The green and red are on spot if you love spicy. The tacos are not greasy which is perfect. Definitely coming here again. This place is a 5/5.

Best Taco in town hand down. They have a food truck on smith rd that stay pack from when they get their to when they leave. Haven’t been to the restaurant bt im.sure that stays busy too. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Came here a long time ago when they first opened and service was really bad. This time, the service was good. Got the tacos de tripas. They were not bad. It’s not the best I’ve had in Colorado, but not bad. Will have to try some of their other tacos and see how those are .
