The quest for great Chinese food in the Trumbull area has brought me many places! Bridgeport, Monroe, Trumbull, even parts of Fairfield… but my favorite so far, has been Xiang’s Kitchen. It was a recommendation from someone in Easton that brought me here! According to them, Xiang’s was the best! And I agree.
I’m a simple man when it comes to Chinese food, just some mild General Tso’s, some beef lo mein, and steamed dumplings. Its the occasional dinner takeout. Xiang’s has a combination plate with fried rice and an egg roll, which is great. It comes so stacked into that container, they couldn’t fit anymore in there. I love it! Prices are decent too and the food is great. Definitely recommend!

Great Chinese food! I love the sesame chicken, house special lo mein, bbq spare ribs, crab rangoons, and shrimp egg rolls here. I’ve gotten a few times here now and the food is consistently good.

I asked for no msg, I am very allergic. The food was loaded with it and I ended up with an intense headache. I asked for snow peas pods and water chesnuts, there were only 4 snow peas pods and no water chesnuts. The food was inedible. Stay away.

I’ve been going there for years!! Love their food the owner she is amazing and so sweet! Gives you that family feel since she has seen my children grow from each visit! Very welcoming and the food is always delicious and made quickly. Reasonable prices!! And lunch special is the best!

Well, for starters the cashier was rude and short with us. I ordered one shrimp spring roll and one egg roll. Got 2 egg rolls instead. Then I’m eating the boneless spareribs and notice a long hair with some kind of dust bunny stuck to the tip of it. I literally threw up. I called and they made no offer of reparations whatsoever. I got a call from the manager shortly after and he tried to convince me that “maybe it was a hair from the brush” (like that’s so much better) and I said, nope. It was a human hair with a root. He felt dumb I guess and hung up. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!! Also, I wonder how many friends and family the owner has writing good reviews…..

One of the worst take out Chinese food I’ve ever had. My chicken noodles were way to oily and so were the shrimp rolls. The general tso chicken was like a soggy weird texture and my chicken wings were cooked but had that raw chicken taste. We couldn’t eat anything.
