Had a Bad experience here a few months ago. Came here a couple nights ago after a long day and came to get a sub. The Blonde Kid Was very nice and made me feel like a person and not like a customer he had to get through. He gave me recommendations on my order and I tried it. Very good!! I have been going to this Subway for along time and it used to be quick and friendly service. This is not the case anymore, the store is continuously understaffed and the employees that are there appear to be consistently overwhelmed and not happy. I was in the store yesterday one employee was doing his very best to keep up and was very friendly while another employee was doing other things and did not appear to be concerned that there were online orders to fulfill and 4 people standing in line in the store. After one person standing in line walked out becasue he was going to run out of time on his lunch break another person in line asked the worker who was not making sandwiches if she could help. It was early afternoon at the time the workers response was I am busy doing other things and get done at 2 so no. Then turned around and walked away from a lobby full of customers waiting to spend their hard earned money at this subway. I can assure I will not be stepping foot back in this Subway ever again talking to customers in this way is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Who ever owns this Subway should take a look at whats going on and understand this is not how customers should be treated. This is a Subway is in a small town and everyone talks about how terrible it has become, if things continue this way I can only assume this Subway will be closed sooner than later.

Lady wasn’t prepared during opening. Saw me pull in then I watched her hide behind the wall. Door was locked and I was sure maybe it was still closed but nope open. When I left I could see the lady looking at me peaking from the wall. Super sad will not be coming here again.

Tried to order twice this week with no luck. First time stopped and listened to 2 women chatting in the back while one man was doing his best but he clearly was overwhelmed so left. Several days later ordered online, finished order with payment but never received a confirmation. Called and young lady answered Hello. Needed to confirm it was Subway and inquired about my order. She very confidently told me We haven’t had an online order in a very long time, it doesn’t work. When I told her it took my payment she was silent. Asked if her manager was aware of this issue, Oh yeah they know. I had to call my CC to dispute the charge.

Worker wouldn’t take my order, she was busy. But I was the only person. So I walked out, she had a snarky comment that I couldn’t wait. Wait for what you to take my order. She just kept telling me a few more minutes. I know it’s hard to get employees, but ones like that cost you business.

This place has gone down hill in the last year for service. I could order online and it would be done on time, now every time I’m waiting an additional 15-20 mins for my order. While 1 person works and the other doesn’t do any thing to get the orders completed.

Stopped at Subway (was only person in store-now no why!?).
I typically don’t go to fast food for myself and I definitely will not be coming back here. I like to purchase local- BUT 3 employees and it took them 5min to find a bowl for a salad. The guy working there looked confused when I asked for a salad versus the sandwich- may need more training?
I can’t review the food because I left after waiting 5 minutes for them to find a bowl! I’ve wondered why it’s not been busy when I drive by and now I know.

I go to this subway almost three times a week for lunch. The employees remember who you are and are very friendly. The store is very clean as well. Its is a nice place that i do not mind getting my lunch.

Stopped in. Ordered a flatbed, which was great! Ordered a wrap. The chicken was a consistency of tuna, and it was just folded in half and the ends were not tucked in. Took a bite and it all fell out. Please train on how to process a wrap!
