They have to get the word out that they’ve reopened! We’ve eaten there multiple times and the food has been outstanding! The staff is great and so are the prices! Never had focaccia bread as good as theirs anywhere and the homemade butter is beyond good! The hour deals from 4-6 are really good and the meatball appetizer is amazing! Looking forward to trying another new dish soon

Forno catered my wedding for 160 back in August at The Barn at Hart’s Grove! They laid a beautiful spread for the grazing table and was able to keep up with my guests. They even served my husband and I our own pizza so we did not have to get in line. They also helped when my venue ran out of lemon juice for specialty cocktails! Beautiful. Yummy. Great people. I have also dined at their restaurant and it’s also super good! You can rely on them for your next event have some pics of the grazing table but sadly no pizza pics !

I have to tell you the place is a far cry from the place it used to be. Much more open and spacious. That said we were only the 2nd table and it was nice. Not too loud and the table was good for mobility issues. Our server was quite friendly but she spent WAY too much time chatting with the boss’s table. It took quite a while for our food then our checks then..we went to the front to pay because she was at the boss’s table again. Food was pretty good. We got Forno burger..not a great name..fish and chips and calamari of which I would suspect neither is breaded in house.. Brussels sprouts that were excellent. A Clevelander salad which was massive..a plain burger and the chicken Alfredo which was just ok. Kinda boring is how it was described. I realize it’s somewhat new but the food is just ok. Looks like a fun place to hang out though.

Food was very good.
*All the dinners should come out around the same time. Mine didn’t come out til 20 minutes after the rest.
Also, a side salad would be great to get along with the pasta dishes.

I really enjoy everything about Bar Forno. I have been here many times since they’ve opened and I’ve enjoyed every experience!! Right now it is a tough time to open a business due to short staff. Every time I come here there are more customers and more staff! ! Please support this local business!!

i stumbled across this bar from my fuel rewards section & i decided to come in. i’m happy i did because it was spacious enough to sit down & eat. the bar isn’t the biggest, i think it fits at least like ten people. the waitress was nice & it felt comfortable to be there. i came to try the crab dip but the menu have been changed around but it is still plenty of great options to choose from. they even have specials too. i plan on coming back because every other wednesday it’s karaoke & they will start having a band too. it was even cooler to have the owner come over & introduce himself. i recommend everyone to come in & watch a game or two w/ a cool & refreshing libation.

I’m very disappointed and would not recommend eating here. My friends and I were really hoping for a restaurant with a fun vibe and great food selection… this had neither. We arrived at 5:30pm on a Wednesday, hoping for a happy hour…nothing! It was very cold when we walked in, and our waitress agreed and said she would ask the owner to turn on heat. The floor is just an old cemment slab, not redone, and it looks like an old basement floor that had its carpet ripped out. My friend ordered a specialty drink they had on a small drink menu made with vodka, lemonade, and Blue Berries… but they didn’t have Blue Berries?? they are closed on Monday and Tuesday, this is Wednesday and you just opened at 4pm, how are you out of items?? ♀️There’s an Aldi a few doors down…lol. Since it was so cold inside, soup for starters sounded good, and the menu had Italian Wedding Soup, but when I ordered it, they said they didn’t actually have that, but had Chicken Noodle… not the same, folks! Then my friend asked for Bailey’s and decaf coffee… they dont have decaf coffee. ♀️
We ordered a pizza, fried cauliflower, and a pizza roll. It was all ok, nothing exciting. They have a $22 Pretzel on the menu, not sure who pays that for a pretzel. There is no picture on the menu for that, which probably should be!
Nothing stood out, and we will not be back, disappointed.. but too many other amazing restaurants are not very far away.

I usually get carryout, and am always happy with the service and food.
I met the owner Nick when picking up my order and he is very friendly and great to talk to.
Tried the Autumn salad tonight and it was huge and delicious.
Also, the Big Popper burger is seriously the best burger ever.

Wanted to like it but was awful from the food to service. Place will not stay open long. Remember it’s in a shopping center know your demographic! Stop acting like a 5 stat restaurant. Horrible. Go to McDonald’s
