Ordered a sandwich with comes with bacon already online. I paid 3$ for extra bacon on my sandwich. This is what I got, don’t eat here this place is awful

I have been to this specific location many times before and have always enjoyed my experience Except for today when I was being helped by an individual who clearly did not want to be there. There was clean misccomuication on the line (I asked for bacon, no mayo- as I am allergic) and she put both on my sandwich as I was paying and tipping may I add. After realizing there was mayo on my sandwich I stated “Oh my I am so sorry, maybe I misspoke or you misheard me, I don’t want mayo on my sandwich.” To which the employee responded “Yes you do, you literally just told me to add mayonnaise.” I asked if she could remake my order to which she rolled her eyes, spoke to a separate employee, moved to the break rack, cut a piece of bread in half and slapped it on top of my sandwich that I paid for and cannot not eat due to cross contamination. Update- I gave my sandwich to a friend and when she bit into it noticed more cross contamination of Tuna for some reason.

I stopped by the Jersey Mike’s on Perkins Road and had a great experience. Jakorrian, BB, and Brandy were super friendly, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Even with a crowd, they kept things moving smoothly and made sure every customer felt taken care of. My sub was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and came out fast. The store was clean and the vibe was positive. Great customer service all around—I’ll definitely be coming back!

She told me her name name was Paris. Her customer service is awesome she got my order and I left out satisfied with what I had. The sandwich was great, she seem like she is an amazing employee it’s just she talks a bit low but she will get it under control! . I had the number 7 I will come back for a different order in the future.

Paris is a great worker here, I went in there & she was on her stuff ! She got my order and it was made less then 10 mins. She works very hard, her customers servers is awesome.
