I’ve been coming to this place regularly and usually had a good experience, which is why this situation felt disappointing.
I came in around 5 pm and asked specifically for a lunch menu item. The menu itself did not indicate that lunch items were available only during specific hours. I was told that lunch was no longer available and that only dinner was offered at a higher price. I clearly said I did not want dinner and wanted exactly the lunch item. I was nodded to, which I understood as confirmation.
For clarity, the only difference between lunch and dinner here is the portion size and the addition of soup and salad — the main dish itself is the same.
Despite that, I was brought the dinner option instead. When I pointed out that I hadn’t ordered dinner, I asked not to argue with me. However, the server continued to insist that I had ordered dinner. I asked again to stop and de-escalate, but that request was also ignored.
I paid for the soup and salad I had eaten and then left. The issue was never about money — it was about not being heard and having my request repeatedly dismissed.
I hope management can work on clearer menu communication and better de-escalation, because rules should never outweigh attentiveness and respect toward the customer.

I drive through Moundsville for work a few times a month. Decided to stop and try it out for lunch. A lot more options than I anticipated. Tried my go to gyoza and got them steamed. Very good taste to them. I’ll try them pan fried next time. The octopus was just a touch rubbery but not complaining. It still tasted really good. The tsunami roll was really good. The presentation of it was awesome but made me expect it to be better than it was. I’ll definitely be back though to try more. Nice quick service!

The food is amazing here, 10/10 for food and atmosphere. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5/5 stars is because every time we come in, we get a different answer on whether we can replace the sushi in the bento boxes with another roll for an upcharge. We’re always happy to pay the difference but we never get a consistent answer.

The dinner portion of filet mignon and chicken were delicious and enough for 3 people. If you want cheap quality garbage that doesn’t taste very good for less than $20, then head to a buffet. The filet mignon was high quality and large portion.

STOP READING REVIEWS AND GO TRY THIS PLACE. I get it, we were hesitant to try it as well. But I promise it is well worth it (insert the “take my money” meme here )
Everything was *fantastic*. I know you don’t believe me yet with just the *’s. Everything was ☆♡~*FANTASTIC*~♡☆.
We got the fried dumplings and steak wrapped scallions for appetizers, my husband got the steak bento box and I got two different sushi rolls. I absolutely could have been filled on the appetizers and just one roll, I overstuffed myself and sadly just couldnt finish the second roll. I see this is asking me for what specific options I reccomend. I’m going to stick with what we tried but I’m very confident there are no bad choices.
Extremely fresh ingredients. If you’ve ever wanted to try raw fish but are hesitant because of food safety, you are absolutely safe to try it from here. I don’t know of anywhere in this area that offers raw fish and is a *bad* option, but this place is the *best* option.
Friendly and fast service. There was another family dining in but also noticed numerous delivery orders going out.
Beautiful atmosphere, clean facilities, I could go on. 10/10 I need to go back to try more

Had a great experience overall! The food was delicious and well-presented — especially the Sushi, which was full of flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dinner. Service was friendly. A few small details could be improved, but I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.
