The menu was extensive, and the food was delicious. My friend even suggested next year we meet there again.
I highly recommend this restaurant
While staying at the River Ranch, we visited the 19th Hole Bar and Grill, conveniently located inside the Indian Lakes Estates clubhouse. The restaurant had plenty of parking and was very clean. The staff provided excellent service, and the menu had a wide variety of options to choose from.
We especially enjoyed the 2-for-1 Sangria—it was a great deal and delicious! For food, we tried the chicken parmigiana with a side of broccoli and chicken noodle soup—everything was excellent. We also ordered the fried shrimp, fries, and hush puppies, and wow—just amazing! The flavors were spot-on, and everything tasted fresh.
There was a boil water alert during our visit, and I truly appreciated the staff taking extra precautions by using paper products to ensure everyone’s safety.
Whenever we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stop by again. Highly recommended!
Food was good. Drinks were ok. Prices are great. If I understood correctly, they are having a bit of trouble with their computer system for orders. I think once that gets straightened out service will improve. It’s not the servers fault when orders don’t show up. But then it puts them in a bind of catch up.
We will definitely give it another try because it’s so close to our house.
They have a nice crowd in the place due to an event, however, all of the persons in the establishment are not eating, therefore not a need for such slow service. My server has gone behind the bar and taken care of different people on multiple occasions. while I continue to wait. The second server who has a very flat affect, it appears that she is in late term pregnancy, maybe not a good pregnancy, but she is not friendly or personable at all.
Due to extensive wait time for Stephanie to return to the table to cash me out, I went to the bar, yet again to pay. Stephanie, now behind the bar, cashed out my check and attempted to give me change. I told her to keep it. She did not say thank you. I gave her a 30%tip for 2% of service. Noting that she did not say “thank you”, I asked her, and her response was, I didn’t say anything. I then asked if it was customary for her not to thank a patron for a considerable tip for less than proper service. She begrudgingly said thank you and rolled her eyes. In addition to this inappropriate behavior, she participated in an unprofessional sidebar comment with another patron at the bar regarding my discussion with her.
The place offers good food when the cook is not burning hush puppies. However, management and service is in great need of an upgrade. I’ve lived in the community for about five weeks now. Tonight was my third visit to the restaurant. Of three visits, there have been issues and poor service on two of the occasions. That is 66% of the time, service is poor. This is not good.
