Subway….you have lost me as a customer. I will never buy another subway sandwich for the rest of my life. The portion size that was presented to me today on a 6 inch sub was the most embarrassingly cheap and stingy amount that I’ve ever seen at ANY fast food establishment. I asked the man who was preparing my sub, “could you put some more meat on this sub…that’s not enough to even feed a mouse”. So the guy puts more on, which should have equated to the normal amount that is regularly on a sub…definitely not overflowing or even close to that, and guess what happens? I get charged for “double meat”! Seriously…it was a regular amount of meat. It’s just that your company or the man making my sub decided that I should get a peasant’s ration of meat on my sub. So I didn’t protest….i paid the $15.77 for a 6-inch sub with a regular amount of meat, a bag of chips and a Pepsi. I’ve been eating at subway for probably 25 years and this is the last straw. I’ve heard other people complain about the same thing happening to them, but now I saw it for myself. Congrats on losing a fairly regular customer because your company decided to skimp on portion amounts. I will gladly pay any of your competitors (firehouse, Jersey Mikes, etc) who make better tasting subs than you and give a respectable portion to their customers. Y’all are a complete joke!

This place had great customer service. Elena was very informative about the questions I had about my order, while recommending other options. She was kind and professional throughout the whole process. This Subway was very clean and not super crowded when I was there, so service was fast. I ordered a flat bread sandwich with Tuna and added bacon, spinach, tomato, and cucumbers. The ingredients tasted fresh and proportioned just right.

Worst thing I saw. My friend was drinking Coca-Cola, and he noticed something floating around. It was gnats. He went to check the fountain drink, and they were inside the funnel where the drink cokes out of. He pushed the button, and yea, the gnats were coming out with the drink. It was so disgusting, I just can’t be on top of it all. The guy tells me I have another fountain in the back. I’m here thinking yea I don’t think so.

Stopped here for a quick lunch on the way out of town after a quick beach getaway. The staff were rude to my wife when she said she was waiting to order until I returned from the bathroom (which was not the cleanest) so that we could pay together. She was also railroaded into ordering more food than she wanted. The iced tea was empty and there was discarded food on the floor in the dining area.
My standards are typically pretty low when it comes to chain fast food but this place was exceptionally disappointing.

Healthy food & with me having dietary preferences it was a great option. Love the tuna bowl with extra veggies & topping it off with a little salt, pepper & red vinegar. Also, courtesy & friendly service.

This time we got the blt with sliced avocado and extra lettuce and x tomato and x spinach with reg mayo. It was supposed to be toasted it was not, it had no avocado on it(which costs extra2$), the tomato lettuce and spinach were regular amount and it was dripping mayo. I prefer to give good reviews but this is the 5th order that’s been wrong in some capacity. If you have a choice between this one and the one on the island, go to the one on the island. The 1 on the island gets orders right more often than not.
