I completed a mobile order 15 minutes in advance. Two people came in while I’m waiting and ordered smoothies at the register. They got their smoothies made and handed over before me. I waited over 20 minutes for one smoothie. Never coming to this location again. On top of that the manager Jennifer reached out and insulted me saying they ordered in advance. I just got a smoothie this morning I was so excited to drink it before I hit the gym, only to find out this location sucks. My smoothie tasted like grass and I could taste the powder in it and the after taste was so bad. Some tall blonde kid made it and it was literally the worst smoothie I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting the same smoothie for years at a different location. I threw it out the window it made me gag! Not going back here.

I go to smoothie king everyday, this smoothie king has to be one of the worst. The customer service is absolutely terrible, they don’t say anything when you walk in, and look absolutely miserable when serving you, and then on top of all that, they give me a cup with a whole in it and leaks all over my car, and I paid $10 for this, and then was asked to give them a tip at the end lol

I visited around (8/9) 9:30 AM and felt like I was bothering the staff from the moment I walked in. When I asked for a suggestion, I was told—very coldly and snappily—“just look at the board.” Wow. Smoothie is good as always but the customer service is lacking.
I came in person for the first time (normally I order delivery) and was surprised at how cold the service felt. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, tried to say “good morning” but I guess they didn’t hear me. Once I got my smoothie they didn’t say “have a good one” or “have a nice day!”
These are just small things and aren’t that big of a deal but they make a difference in the experience.
I’ll probably just go back to ordering online.
