Ordered a medium steak and got a very rare steak like it was actually crazy… was kinda pricey for that to be wrong. They fixed it but at the end of our dinner. Husband also found a hair in his water cup so that was a turn off. Service felt like it wasn’t there, got our drinks so late and be ware if you order a sweet tea it is kinda straight sugar lol.
Other than that atmosphere was actually so cool- salad, potatoes, and pork were incredible I would give those 5 stars immediately especially the pork chop which is why I rated the food 4 stars.

Local gem! Melt in your mouth steak, buttery flaky salmon… Our kids love it too! We bring our whole family here for special occasions. The waiter Tim, was super thoughtful and fun!

It’s always a great experience when we visit the Tomahawk. We were blessed to have our wedding and reception there. Our family and friends had such an amazing time. Shane is awesome and we love the bar tenders Melissa and Brittney.!

We went for an educational seminar where dinner was served. We hadn’t eaten there before. The food was not exceptional, which surprised me, as I had heard it was a great restaurant!

Overall, we liked our Valentines evening experience. There are some improvements to be made, that would be awesome. Upon arrival, our reservation was not to be found. Luckily, they had an open table. It took very long to be approached, and the service was extremely slow. So make sure you have lots of time and are not extremely hungry or thirsty. My food was extremely salty, and upon the second attempt without the gravy, it was okay. The cost was high. The drinks were yummy, and the atmosphere was great.

We had a great experience here and would visit again! I think they’re a little heavy handed with the salt, even our dessert cookie with ice cream had a touch too much. The inside is very nice and had a good ambiance with the live music. I personally think the outside would benefit from adding some more exterior lights on the building and around the property. Prices are fair in my opinion.

What a hidden gem! My wife and I wanted to do something outside of our normal and found The Tomahawk to be perfect for our quite Valentines Evening meal. The Atmosphere was wonderful and charming, the service was very good as well. I cannot say enough about the food for the evening. I am a very picking vegetable eater, and will tell you the asparagus was excellent! We had a very well done appetizer, wonderful entree and dessert for the evening – well portioned, good temperature, and at a bargain price considering what is normally an expensive evening at most restaurants. Please give our complements to your staff, we look forward to making the drive down again sometime soon!
