I ordered the cherry energy drink and she forgot to put the cherry flavor inside…. then she added the flavor but put too much… I asked for a less sweet drink and she gave it to me too sweet again… it’s a shame people at dunkin can’t make drinks…you’re better off going to 7/11 and not even bother anyone making you anything

Very disappointed it’s national donut day and went after dinner to get a dozen donuts for dessert and they were so stale. I’ve had donuts left over before and had then the 2nd day. These were worse. My French cruller was literally hard with a weird dry white substance inside. Very very disappointed….

I’m a nurse and went in to get a free coffee for nurses week as advertised by dunkin, the owner came out and rudely dismissed another nurse and I, telling us he didn’t know what to tell us and that he can’t just “give away free coffee” even though we all showed him the promotions posted everywhere by Dunkin. I understand if there was a disconnect between him and dunkin but he obviously just doesn’t care about nurses or healthcare workers in general and was extremely rude and dismissive. I will never be going to this location again.

I decided to order through the app which I’ve never done before. I added the funds. Ordered my food and then submitted the order. Upon arrival the app then wants you to click the I have arrived button. I click said button and walk in. I walk up to the counter and my food isn’t ready. The woman behind the counter asks me for my name. I tell her. She then tells me my order isn’t ready. That doesn’t bother me. I them sit and wait patiently. I then hear her say : “I do not know what’s wrong with these people! They think the food will be ready instantly!” I then say I’m sorry for inconveniencing you, I didn’t think I was being impatient. I feel that being treated this way just because I ordered food and was unfamiliar with the process is not the way to run a business. Does it matter? No this place just treats people like cattle. The food has a low calorie option so I was happy at that.

Worst customer service among other dunkins. The only helpful staff in here is Mario. Rubina, one of the staff here is the worst. She never smiles and when she makes an error on your order( which happened many times with me.) She makes you feel that its your fault. I travel out of the way now going to work. This is no way to be treated as a customer especially early in the morning going to work. Stay away from this place

They have great staff there food is always fresh. The place is clean for the most part. How ever my god i orderd 3 bagels plain toasted with butter 2 vanilla cappuccinos yesterday. And wow i could not believe what i saw or my coworkers saw. When we opened ohr bagels it was like they put a 2 pounds of butter on each bagel. We couldn’t figure it out. Is it that they bagels are hard and steal to begin with that they put so much butter that they drown the bagels to soften it up. Or they just put so much butter on it that they dont even realize it because maybe it was a lil busy. I dont know. So today i went in and made it really simple. Just a plain bagel with butter. And this time it wasn’t busy at all. And the same thing again 2 pounds of butter. Weather they realize it or not its a one way ticket to having high cholesterol city man. And where is the manager while all this is going on? The one thats supposed to oversee the employees work. Or the district manager for that fact. Because not only is it bad for your health to have to much butter. But just imagine how much money it must be costing them to buy and buy more and more butter because its being wasted foolishly by there employees. I mean you should ask an employee to eat a toated butter bagel they make for someone else. Bet you they wont eat it because of all the butter they put on it.
