Great staff! I was greeted with a cheery hello as soon as I stepped in the door even though the five baristas were super busy. Very clean, neatly organized and enjoyed watching the staff interact with guests and each other. The drive thru line never stopped and mobile orders were ready when customers showed up for pick-up. I have visited Starbucks locations across the country from big cities like New York Boston and Miami to grocery store outlets in the middle of nowhere and this location was a fine example of what a Starbucks can be!

I order thru doordash delivery nearly everyday. We always get the same to drinks, we spend about $20 everyday to have the coffee delivered as my boss is bed ridden.
2 separate orders this week, I had for my daily drink were less than drinkable. I had reported today’s undrinkable coffee dissatisfaction to doordash & i recieved a $7.40 refund. However that doesn’t refund the money im charged for delivery or the tip.
To be made whole again, I’d have to spend another $9 to get the coffee I already paid for. It’s a slap in the face to spend the money we spend on coffee every day, wanting to get what we expect & paid for only to be given a minimal amount back. I’m super frustrated & this happens FAR too often with Starbucks. This is my 2nd “coffee” this week that tasted like partially frozen milk with a coffee aftertaste. No sweetness ,it’s NOT drinkable & I’m pretty upset that it keeps happening & when it does, & I’m given a refund, it’s not the entire amount I’m required to pay to get what I otlrdered. That doesn’t make me whole again. It makes me feel like nobody really cares if the consumer is satisfied, so long as we got the coffee portion of the money back.
I’d just like the order to be the order I paid for & the order I’m expecting.
I can understand every now and again having a coffee that isn’t as yummy as I hoped, that happens, but this happens far too often for me to not be upset about it. I’m over here losing money. I work hard for my money. I don’t have a lot of money to just continue to pay for mistakes that I didn’t make. This is my one guilty pleasure a day. I’m extremely disappointed.

I waited for 15 minutes for a bagel! After I complained, they said they had new hires and my order was skipped and forgotten. My biggest question was how 6 employees could be standing and talking and not think to ask the customer standing there that long if they need help!!!
