This find was fabulous! Must try location. We had the QuesaBirra and WOW one of the best I have had seriously, the guacamole was so good with the homemade chips. What a great find, don’t let that construction out Park Ave stop you from coming in- Happy Customer Yes I’m Coming Back and Recommending

Probably one of the best old school tacerias in Tucson. Absolutely outstanding food no matter what you get. The Sopas are sublime. A pillow of masa crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, covered with beans, lettuce tomatoes an queso with your choice of protein. Absolutely outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough. You need to go there.

Note on my ratings:  1 stars, unacceptable. 2-3 stars, average quality, service and value, acceptable, but you could do better. 4 stars, above average quality, service and/or ambiance. 5 stars is reserved for exceptional quality, service and atmosphere.

We stopped in for a late lunch and the place was pretty empty. Service was quick once we ordered. It took longer waiting for a menu (they only had 2 total), than it did to actually get our food. Staff is friendly and food was great. Tacos were full of flavor and quality was great in comparison to the oracle location. This was our first time at this location and we were not disappointed. Atmosphere is cozy with an open layout. It’s nice to know we can visit either location and not have to worry about sacrificing quality.

Driving home from the Tucson Airport down Park Ave I was looking for a spot for lunch and remembered that this place advertises beef ribs. So I stopped in. Wow! I got the rib (costillos) plate. For $17 you get three beef ribs, rice, beans, and choice of flour or corn tortilla. Waiting for the food, the kind waitress brough a basket of chips with a hot bean dip. Yum! After a 5 to 10-ish minute wait the ribs came. They were melt-in-your-mouth amazing! Super tender, juicy, and of course tasty. I could only finish one and a half and took the rest home for leftovers. Don’t miss out on one of the few places in town you can actually get beef ribs.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The tacos were absolutely delicious each bite was packed with flavor and perfectly crafted. What really stood out, though, was the service. Elizabeth and Adrian were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The environment is also so cozy and inviting, with a great vibe that makes you want to relax and enjoy your meal. I’m giving this place five stars all the way! I’ll definitely be coming back for more tacos and excellent service! Highly recommend!

The absolute best Birria I have ever had and there is no close second. This place was amazing and had great service. The meat is super tender and well seasoned, the consommé was perfect, I just wanted to fill a 5 gallon Lowe’s bucket with it and dump it in a tub but they wouldn’t let me. The other highlight was how tasty the salsas were. There is a red bottle salsa/hot sauce that is very spicy which I loved. When I come back to Tucson within the next year or so this will be my first stop.

First timers. It was very small but nice. Cashier was helpful and polite. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The carne asada quesadilla is big, just a warning. It’s delicious. The drink selection is not a big selection.. The fresh juice was very refreshing. Overall it was good. I recommend it and I go back.

I have been several times now since it has opened. I’ve enjoyed the other location, and was so excited for one closer to open. The space is fabulous, big, open, and quite comfortable. Always greeted with kindness, I’m remembered upon return visits , and of course the food? It’s fantastic. Truly!! Many things to choose from, portions are really generous, and always prepared to perfection for me. It’s a great place!

The service was acceptable yet they didn’t shined. I really like the large variety of options in the menu(pictures attached). We got two options from the menu. The quesabirria and the nopales in red sauce. The quesabirria was delicious so was the nopales. They offered 3 sauces 2 out of the 3 we liked. We also thought it was interesting that all the utensils were plastic. I will recommend this restaurant and we will return.

One bite and I said, “This is incredible!” The meat was so tender, the tortillas and chips tasty, and the dip that came with the chips- wow! The staff was super kind and welcoming too! (No food pics from us- we forgot!)
