I love this nutrition club and the whole team here! They have the best shakes and energizing teas. If you have any wellness goals you are trying to reach, everyone here will help you with that. Justin, Nicole, Amanda, Brittany, and Shane are the best people and you are missing out if you don’t come here!

Have y’all seen people posting the delicious shakes and teas from Sachse Nutrition?!?! Well, we had seen them and we HAD to try them for ourselves!!! And they are just as yummy as they look!! The shakes and teas can replace a meal or just take the place of a quick snack! They are offered in different sizes and can be purchased together as a combo, or by themselves as well! From a nutrition standpoint they work best together! The shakes give you all of your dietary needs and the teas give you energy and help you process the calories from the shakes….yes please!!!
I had the salted caramel shake and the tigers blood tea….and I am HOOKED!!! They were both delicious AND filling AND low in sugar/carbs if you’re into that sort of thing! Be sure to check them out AND stop by their other location in Wylie!!!

Really good place for shakes! I got the red velvet shake and was really surprised by how good it is, can’t believe it was only 250 calories! I would love to see more food items, but I will definitely be back next time I’m craving a shake!

WOW!! This place is the Bomb Diggity!! CAN’T go a day without these products. I can totally tell when I miss my tea and shake, I have NO energy and I want to eat a bunch of Junk. Plus everything so sooo YUMMY, and the bonus part is the people here are pretty Awesome as well!!

Got a cherry limeade tea and a German chocolate oatmeal smoothie! It was my first time in, and when I said that I was actually seeking to GAIN weight (I so smol) Justin I believe helped describe the menu and give helpful suggestions on what to look for! Absolutely want to go back again!
