I’d give 0 stars if I could! Placed an order through the Subway app, arrived less than 5 minutes later. The store was closed and obviously had been for some time. Couldn’t cancel my order in the app because it was “in progress” required contacting the store. I have attempted to contact the store both via phone and in person. They never answer the phone and the manager is NEVER in. I’ve attempted to contact corporate but they make it impossible to speak to anyone. I’ve communicated through messenger and still nothing. They basically stole my money!! I hope the $12 was worth the loss they’ll take from future sales.

They are on the list for restaurants that accept EBT cards for people that aren’t able to prepare their own meals but when you go there, they deny you and they never answer the phone. Terrible business operation

Small but excellent!
We needed 8 sandwiches to go to take back to Olson Park. This was our third subway. There was only 1 employee at lunch time. But he did excellent keeping up with our large order and the line of customers. Food was fresh and all sandwiches were made correctly. He was patient but quick with our large order. Thank You so much!
Management consider having 2 employees working the busy times in the store. To give assistance to the employees.
The reason we came to this subway was because the first one was closed due to ac problem, the second refused to serve us because the one employees was on break. Thankful there were several restaurants close by.

ABSOLUTE WORST place i have ever been to. first of all, the man had the bathroom blocked off so we couldn’t use it. Second off he started taking our order by saying “what do you want we are closing.”(it was 15 minutes before they closed) When i said i wanted bacon on my sub, he grabbed it and just threw it on the sandwhich with such an attitude. Then i asked for extra black olives and he said “you get 8 olives that’s enough.” Then when My boyfriend told him he wanted extra pickles he threw like 5 pickles on and literally three black olives and after my boyfriend politely asked for a little extra he replied with “hey man take it easy man that is extra” with such a rude tone. And my boyfriend replied with then can i have “extra extra” and the man replied with “hey you need to take it easy man that’s how you’ll die.” The man literally threatened us then said “what you’ve never seen a dark man before?” His race had absolutely nothing to do with anything, he was just downright rude. When it came time to give us our change, he literally threw the change across the counter and keep saying “hey man you need to take it easy” as we were waking out of the door. All in all, worst trip to subway ever. Man was absolutely rude and honestly it was kind of scary. If i could give 0 stars i would. I hope a manager or owner sees this and does something about it.
