I’ve now attempted to order delivery from this Marco’s twice, about six months apart, and I’m still not convinced this is a real pizza restaurant.
Attempt #1:
Called in a delivery order. Card was charged. Store confirmed the order. Then confirmed it again. And again. I was told multiple times that the pizza was “on the way” and would arrive in 20 minutes. Spoiler: it never arrived. After over an hour, the manager finally told me the order was canceled and refunded… and then hung up.
Attempt #2 (six months later, because I’m an optimist):
Placed another order. Store confirmed they had it. An hour later, still no pizza. When I called back and mentioned the missing delivery, they hung up. This time my card wasn’t charged, so at least that part improved.
I live about a mile away and genuinely wanted to try the pizza because I’ve heard good things, but delivery from this location appears to exist only in theory. Judging by the number of one-star reviews, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience.

BEST PIZZA EVER!!!
I will ONLY order from Marco’s from now on. They have the BEST pizza with the BEST crust!
Ordered 3 times already and every time it’s been perfect!! The crust really is AMAZING!! Pizza isn’t greasy or doughy. Not crazy expensive either. Paid about $12 for a medium pepperoni.
Also wanted to try out the Hot Honey Sauce, AMAZING AS WELL!! A little sweet and spicy, but not so spicy that it sets my mouth on fire. It’s PERFECT!!
Try it out!! You won’t be disappointed!

They were running a half off pizza special, so we decided to try this place out. Ordered 2 XL pizzas with “white sauce” instead of the traditional red pizza sauce. It was pretty delicious! I would order here again. Pick up time was accurate as well.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:19pm. Was quoted 30 minutes for delivery. Sounded great. 4:00 came and went. I called back to check on my order and was told they were waiting for a rideshare driver to pick it up. Finally received at 4:30pm. Breadsticks were cold, dry, and had no dipping sauces. Pizza was lukewarm. Not a great experience. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the pizza wasn’t half bad after I put it in the microwave.

The pizza is really good…when they get the order right. It’s a shame because it really is tasty and seems good quality. The workers are friendly enough. But they have gotten our order wrong a number of times. We have also had to wait much longer than estimated several times and once were not even able to even pick up our order because it was 25 minutes past the pick up time and it still hadn’t been made.
The prices are decent and the place is close by. It really is too bad they can’t get things more consistent. It is always a gamble if the experience will be a mess or not.

Idk this location seems to have a different recipe that they utilize or something. Very big sausages and idk just seemed as if the pizza wasn’t good. The one in Indiana tastes way better.

At first I loved this place but the first time I ordered delivery my experience was horrible. And I live 10 minutes away. My pizza was almost 2 hours late, my drink and extra garlic butter was left off my order even though I had paid for it. I was told I would be refunded the items left off but was never credited back to my card! I’m done. The pizza wasn’t good enough to deal with all that!
