They are 3.8 for a reason. Customer service sucks. I asked for the lady to take off cheese off my sub (she put like 10 slices on there!) and she and her colleagues got upset and started speaking in their native language, likely being disrespectful. Just because you can’t understand them doesn’t mean you don’t know they are being nasty. I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

My problem location there trying to st least honor subways specials or coupons like most on budget it crazy I work 5 min location instead I drive 10 mi. Away just because of the principal so beware this location doesn’t honor or discount or any of subways specials I never seen a location like this since I been going to Subway

Well, I should go with my guts again.
First step in and I felt like the sign where it says that they don’t take coupons was like a slap in my face.
Funny that nationwide the Subway commercial announce the codes, discounts and special prices.
As soon I walked in, I had a paper with coupons and a lady immediately said “we don’t take coupons” I said well, how can I miss that if it’s right in your face when you walk in. So I grabbed my cell to che k for an online coupon and she insisted “we don’t take coupons” I should walk away. BUT I didn’t.
I started placing my order and when she took my subs from toaster, I saw a fly have a blast over the lettuce.
So I just added almost nothing and left.
I emailed to corporate, and apparently, whoever is the owner replied me. I emailed him back with photos and videos and never ever heard back. I guess, that shows the bad customer service.
I do not recommend. I’ll continue going where my subs might be more expensive but so tasty and always feels welcome.

The Fitness Doc
I decided to pop into this subway because it was close to another stop I had to make. I was a little disappointed upon entering to see the sign that they don’t accept paper coupons – but I guess each individual franchise can make that decision. I still needed to get 3 subs. The first two subs – tuna and turkey were ok, but the toasted roast beef stayed in the toaster longer than the timer and was extra brown. They were already moving kind of slowly, and I was in a rush and didn’t have time to ask them to remake it. But they also noticed it and didn’t offer to make a new one. The whole experience was quite blah- I doubt I’d return to this location

Absolutely horrible experience! I walked in and stood in line – all excited to use a Subway coupon I had. Before I could even properly show the Subway lady the coupon in my hand…she saw it and meanly blurted out to me – “I don’t take coupons! I don’t take coupons!”
I’m like…daggg…what a horrible way to welcome a customer! She had no customer service at all. Just rude and condescending. That’s fine, though. I didn’t say a word to her – just walked right back out and took my money elsewhere. I wasn’t about to spend a dime in there!

I ordered online hoping it would be a quick pickup but I still had to wait when I got there. I enjoyed my tasty tuna sub but I paid for 50% more tuna and felt it was no different than the usual amount. I love that the bread is always fresh. I also tried the chicken and cheese rollups. Though the price for the rollups was very reasonable, it was 90% bread and very little filling. I might consider trying a different version next time.

I work in the building and have been let down several times by this subway. Definitely different from other subways. I watched the manager one time make a scene and embarrass a customer whose card declined and I ended up paying for her because she looked like she was about to cry. The way he talks to his female employees is degrading. Most of the time I get a sub it’s not that full and the bread is stale. Today I tried to use a coupon and the lady laughed and said they never accept coupons. I told them they should put up a sign so customers aren’t surprised and can be made aware and she laughed. I’ll be sticking to the deli around the corner from here on out.

3 stars because the sandwich was good. But the staff wasn’t welcoming. We weren’t greeted at the door. And the older Indian lady was rude, didn’t give me time to look at the menu. She threw my sandwich down. And then when older male was checking me out, she stood there giving me dirty looks. Staff needs to be nicer. If you don’t like your job get a new one. I’m just saying.
