My wife literally got norovirus and was hospitalized after eating a veggie delight from here. The spinach looked rotten and like bugs had chewed through it.

Horrible experience here today and I will never return again. Whoever was working at 2:45 on January 17th 2023 should have their terms of employment reviewed, throughly.
Female employee on lunch takes her time to serve me as other male employee is finishing an online order for a customer that is not at the store. I am standing waiting at the counter for several minutes.
Female employee disregards my instructions for a sandwich with bacon on it, forgets to put bacon on it and slaps it together so haphazardly she manages to not get a single slice of cheese on the sandwich, doesn’t fix the mistake and proceeds to toast the sandwich with the cheese on the paper rendering it pointless and inedible.
She sloppily throws veggies and dressing on the sandwich and wraps it up with the same amount of care you would use taking out last weeks trash.
I have had issues with this exact female employee before she doesn’t seem to feel bothered that she can’t use the minimum amount of effort to get toppings on to the sandwich and provide some level of care. Frankly I am not high maintenance or looking for a gourmet experience at subway, I just want a sandwich that is assembled with some degree of care. That’s all.
The Niwot location has it right and I recommend anyone to spend the few extra minutes it takes to go up to Niwot where you will be treated like a paying customer, respectfully. I will never make the mistake of returning to this location and I recommend you don’t either since quality employees are not at the top of the list of prioritizes for ownership.

I would like to personally thank Stephanie for quite possibly the most painless Subway experience I’ve had in a very long time!! She may actually be the most efficient sandwich artist I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Polite, quick, didn’t have to be told twice and made the perfect sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway! I got all the ingredients I asked for and my sandwich wasn’t falling apart or messy. The line moved very fast thanks to her. Just giving credit where credit is due!!

Today I was in for a quick lunch and the manager was helping an elderly gentleman. Although he had difficulty choosing a sandwich and subsequent ingredients, your employee was very patient and loving. Even with a lunch line forming behind him she remained kind and helpful. Bravo!!!

This is the most inconsistently run and poorly managed Subway I’ve ever experienced. I typically order lunch online and it’s a gamble if they are going to cancel my order or they just don’t make my order or something is wrong w/ their online ordering system and they don’t receive my order. On top of this, when they fail to fulfill my order, I request a refund and about half the time they never provide a refund and I have to dispute the charge with my bank.
The Subway just up the road in Gunbarrel is a much better experience and is consistent 100% of the time.

I stopped here with my kids for a quick lunch. We were treated so exceptionally well! Good food, excellent service, and a very clean dining area. We will happily be back!
