Unfortunately, won’t be coming back.
Ordered a juice without apples, but I don’t think they followed that because it was sweet. I’ve had that juice multiple times at different locations, it’s never been sweet, so I can tell . Smoothie bowl had chocolate nibs even tho I ordered without those. They were pretty late with the order so I ended up being late for work – I had ordered in advance so they had enough time. The guy preparing the food seemed pretty tired/unenthusiastic, and walked out as soon as he finished preparing one thing. I wasn’t even told my food was ready, until next employee asked me.
All in all, disappointed. Will be going to a different location.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Nékter!! Everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal and leaves their closest competitor in the dust. I’m so thankful that I now have a healthier choice available near me, especially in this melting Sacramento heat. Their deliciousness is also available on delivery apps such as UberEats and Postmates, (although I personally won’t use the latter), or you can order ahead via their App. I couldn’t love this juice bar more.

Nekter Juice Bar is one of my favorite spots for fresh, healthy drinks and snacks. Their smoothies, juices, and acai bowls are always delicious, vibrant, and made with real ingredients that leave you feeling energized. It’s a great option when you want something light but satisfying. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and calming. My only wish is that they would eliminate added sugars from some menu items—especially since many people come here for healthier choices. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a nutritious pick-me-up, and I always look forward to trying new things on the menu.

Came here everyday and use to love the place.. Today I came in to load a gift card for 100.00 dollars and the girl refused to take my money. She was rude and said the new management would not take 100 dollar bills.. I already paid like a dollar or two on the gift card that ran out of money and she did not even offer to refund it.. so not only did I lose money but was unable to get a gift card! Because of the terrible interaction and handling of this situation, me or my friends and family will never be back.

My husband and I love the açaí bowls at Nekter, especially because we are plant-based. It is so convenient that they automatically use non-dairy options when making their bowls and smoothies…and that agave is used instead of honey.
Today, we got some smoothies for friends that recent had a baby. They needed the cashew milk replaced with orange juice. While I couldn’t make the swap while ordering online, the cashier was able to get it rung up and it was made quickly.
My only complaint about Nekter is the music they play in the dining area is quite loud. I’ve noticed this at other Nekter locations, so I wonder if it’s something the franchise requires of owners.

I placed an order online to be picked up for three days straight the business has not been open at that time I can’t get a refund or my drink!!!!!! I love Nekter and the Folsom location is awesome but this fair oaks location has disappointed me and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my drink or refund!!!!!! Won’t be placing orders before work here ever again!

I love Nektar but this location is severely understaffed and it took me three hours to get my order of 5 items due to the single lonely employee not being able to keep up with the demand of walk in customers and online orders. Management is lacking
